Washable Runners
Much better than I was expecting. They've been wasted once and it was a breeze. I'm very happy I made this purchase.

It said the rug was washable but the label says professionally clean. I’m totally bummed

Very poorly made and cheap looking. Backing is defective. Bumps will not come out no matter what you try. Returning.

Perfect!
I bought six of these runners for all the bare floors in my halls and they look great. They are the perfect amount of plush to cushion the floor. I haven't needed to wash them yet but being washable is a great feature. It does take about a week for the corners to lie down flat. I have a long hall and had to use 3 of the 10ft runners. I am very satisfied with these runners.

Nice rug looks as pictured. Soft shag and I like the color. I wish I would've ordered the bigger size, though.

Buyers Beware
Buyers Beware!!! I was a satisfied customer and purchased several rugs for our new home until I was shipped the wrong rug recently. Mistakes happen, but the recovery is what can influence future business relations. The customer service is lacking and beyond disappointing. After much back and forth with CSR, I was given a gift card to re-order the rug, and expected to pay more than original amount I paid due to discounts and reward points I used on my original purchase. Also, I was offered to keep the rug and to donate it, and yet if I agreed to keep the rug that was shipped in the wrong color I would not be offered any credit. Their mistake and the customer is penalized, and I am having to dispute why this is not acceptable and make any sense. This is good business practice and customer retention at its finest. The return process and problem resolution is the worst I have ever experienced.
