Love this rug!
Absolutely love this rug - it is the perfect colors and soft on our feet. Got the premium pad for underneath and that helps.
Terrible quality
This rug was terribly pixelated and wasn't anywhere near the quality of the other rugs from this same brand I own. I called to return it and was informed it would be $150 to return. I explained the situation, sent photos over and was denied the return at their cost even though the product was faulty. Here is the email I received:

Poor quality and awful fabric
Love this rug! True to color and it has a good thickness to it with a great backing. It is a “digital print” of the pattern on the rug, but it doesn’t look too fake. For an inexpensive rug, looks great!
Happy with colors. This is not as soft as other Loloi rugs I have ordered. But overall great rug.

This runner is a great addition to the kitchen in front of the sink. Excellent quality for the price the deep green is lovely and we liked the tones mixed with white and our green accents.
Beautiful pattern, and beautiful colors. It’s a muted emerald color, but brings so much to my open concept kitchen dining area.
