Great Pan

I discovered USA pan ladt year and I I'm slowly replacing all of my other pans. They are heavy duty, bakes the food well and are very easy to clean.

I am a muffin makers. I’d rather have a good homemade muffin than the best cake or chocolates. I have several USA pans muffin tins. They are wonderful. The only muffin pan I use. They just fall out of the pan- no more broken muffins. A must-have for every kitchen.

Texas-sized USA Muffin Pan

This pan is a 10! It bakes evenly with or without using muffin baking cup inserts. It is difficult to find muffin pans for large muffins. I also bought USA's standard size muffin pan. Both release muffins easily and clean-up easily, which is great.

So far has lived up to my expectations-great for baked oatmeal

Was looking for something for something to do individual baked oatmeal portions. Most cupcake/ muffin pans are too small. This was just what I was looking for. The perfect size. Have only used it once but it was non stick as promised with my baked oatmeal. Let’s hope nothing untoward happens to this pan but if I did something stupid to it I would buy it again. I haven’t had it long enough to know if it is not durable in regular use (the one thing that would change this recommendation as it is not an inexpensive purchase).

This great muffin pan has a very good nonstick coating and even heat distribution. If you have a good muffin recipe, this pan will make great muffins.
