The consistency of these pillows is just right for me. I wouldn't say that they are firm but they are a medium pillow and I find them to be just right- not too firm, not too soft. I don't find them to be flat as a couple of reviewers indicated. I'm happy with my purchase.

Now my sister knows!

I was visiting my sister and I decided to get another pillow for later if I wanted to read for a while. While looking in her closet l felt a really small soft pillow! I knew I loved it already.

Decent pillow for guest room.

Wonderful pillows!

I bought these to replace a few of my older pillows, which were the same brand. I love them! Very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Firm? yeah right.

These pillows are NOT firm, despite being advertised as such in the specifications. This is why I bought them. You can imagine my disappointment when I received pillows that liken to a limp trampoline. This is not a pillow for side sleepers, but it might be ok if used as a leg pillow, or maybe a hugging pillow. I don't even know if I'll use them for that purpose.

Soft, squishy, and fluffy. I bought these for the guest room and really like that they are machine washable. I'm always nervous putting pillows in the washer, thinking they may come out lumpy and unusable.

I have machine washed these many times since my purchase & they are still holding up. You do have to fluff them up after washing & these are not a firm pillow.

I have allegies to dust mites and dust mite covers ruin the comfort and feel of a nice, soft pillow. I decided to try these pillows as an alternative to dust mite covers. Only had them long enough to wash once, but so far, very good. If you get frustrated with the stiffness from dust mite and allergen covers, these work nicely.

The outer cover resists stains and is also soft and does not crinkle like some other allergy pillows.

This pillow is soft like a feather pillow. Easy to maneuver into the shape you need. Does regain its original shape. Love that I can wash them.

Washable???

Plastic wrapper containing both pillows states hot water WASHABLE up 120*, however manufacturer's label clearly states Do Not Wash, damp wipe only. Truly disappointed as these seemed great idea for guest room. Not sure I'll take the chance to wash them. Would have returned, but had guest coming day after delivery & no time to shop.

Scrunching yes!

This pillow is great for people who like scrunching their pillow, you do sink in, it does not lift your head and neck high. I'm a scruncher so I love it! ,
