I suppose for the price, it isn't bad, but it really doesn't do much for my knees as it compresses down pretty easily nd is not as firm as I would have expected. Only used it twice since it arrived and maybe i just need to get used to it. It does move and ends up next to me when I wake up.

holds my legs apart very well. very soft and cofortable. zip off cover will make it easy to clean.

Not thick enough in the middle.. that is a critical part to look for in a pillow that helps curb my knee and back pain.
