I purchased this for my grandson, very nice product good quality great price! He loves it!!

Item was ordered twice first time it never arrived. I canceled and re-ordered. 2nd time, i had it shipped to home depot but they did not accept it because it was damaged. Just bought one somewhere else

Was pretty easy for my husband and son in law to put together. About under two hours. My grandsons love it ages 2 and 7.

Junk

Zipper broke in one year right after warranty ended. Jumpking wont stand behind product. Stay clear, buy a better quality one.

Broken/missing items and crap customer service!

First; wrong instruction manual included. Second; chunk missing out of protective foam. Third, corded poles that hold up protective netting broken. Called to have this rectified immediately and was told to fill out warranty form and mail pictures/pieces of broken items back to them on my dime. Oh, and by the way, this will take up to two weeks. Not having anymore of my time or my kids time wasted. Throwing it all back in the boxes and returning it. Have fun dealing with this mess JumpKing!

Not as pictures and broken

I purchased this specifcially for the dark green color. The product is not as shown. Instead, the mat and poles are bright neon green. Also, the poles for the top of the net were broken and I had to make a last minute trip to the hardware store to attempt to fix it. I would have returned this due to color and broken pieces but it was a surprise easter gift for my son and it was built the night before. Instructions are also terrible. If you dont mind the color, once it is together (if not broken), it is a decent product for the proce.

Completely Satisfied

I bought this for my grandkids, it was the best price for this size trampoline. My grandkids love it, the net was very time consuming with the shoelace type net holders on the bottom of the net. However it wasn’t hard and I am completely satisfied and would purchase again.

Best deal I found for the size.

Nice trampoline. The colors were more of a vivid green on mine, but I like it more than the picture so that is ok. Only had up for 24 hours so far, but the kids love it.

Mid summer fun

So far it has been wonderful to have the trampoline. It took us about 3.5 hours to put it together. The directions were not very detailed. Yet we were determined. I am looking forward to hours of fun for the whole family and friends.

So far so good

I bought this trampoline yesterday since it was on sale and the kids have been asking for one. Putting the frame together wasn't so bad once I figured out where the T connectors went for the pole. Every 3rd T is where you want to put them. Some of the T connections have a raised metal piece and it was hard to get the connector in. I had to use a hammer on a few of them. We started putting the springs on and got about half way done with one side and realized the mat was pulled closer to the side where all the springs were. We ended ruining a few springs because we kept going and stretched out some of the springs. I would recommend going around the trampoline connecting every 4th or 5th spring at first then filling in the gaps.

Christmas Present

I bought this for my grandchildren at Christmas time. They've had it set up for a few weeks with minimal time on it and the top pieces holding the net up have already fallen down.

Kids love it but the poles are weak

Our kids got this for Christmas and they anxiously waited to use it this summer. First summer storm and the poles bent from the wind. 2nd storm and they are done for. All our next door neighbors have trampolines and theirs are fine. Very disappointing and I can't find the right replacement poles either.

Great, except for weight limit

Took me about 3 hours to put it together, mostly by myself. Watch the video with the QR code. Way way way easier than trying to read the directions. My husband helped with the hooks. Make sure you follow the directions for those.

Family Fun for Everyone!

We are so happy with this trampoline! Plenty of room for all of us to jump and fantastic safety features. Easy to assemble, excellent construction compared to other brands. Well worth it!

Great trampoline!

This trampoline was pretty easy to assemble and seems sturdy. We've had 2 previous trampolines from different manufacturers and this one was easier to assemble than those. It took my husband and me 1.5 hrs to put together. We are very happy with our purchase. On a side note, the in-store price was significantly lower than online!!
