Keep the kids jumping.

Reviewing the Skywalker Trampolines 12' Trampoline, with Safety enclosure, blue. The directions seem super simple to assemble this trampoline but it’s not as simple as it seems. My recommendation is do not take any short cuts and follow directions step by step by step. If not you’ll end up having to take it completely down and start all over again. I can usually look at an item and assemble it but missing one step caused us to have to disassemble and start over. After that fiasco, the kids absolutely love the trampoline. It’s sturdy. Just wish there wasn’t so much give and the mat was tighter but it’s not enough of an issue to change my mind. Love the net by the way. I’m very pleased with this purchase and my grandchildren are as well. Another recommendation would be to include a ladder. I did purchase a ladder that was the same brand from another company because it wasn’t an available at Walmart. It came in a big box with the label attached so don’t expect it to be a surprise. All necessary tools are included but I recommend using a powered screwdriver to save a lot of time. Also recommend getting someone to help as it’s easier with a second or third person.

safety issue

My kid use to use this product almost everyday until the springs snapped. Due to rust and the mat hooks rusted and snapped too. Safety issue. And if you contact them they only offer a "1 year" warranty only on parts apart from the frame. This is ridiculous. Stay away from this product.

I couldn’t keep it because I couldn’t get it in my house so that it would be out of the weather! FedEx left it on the sidewalk. How many times must I repeat myself? FedEx left it in the middle of my sidewalk. I have had four surgeries in the last three months, I couldn’t pick up that trampoline of my life depended on it. They did knock on the door. They didn’t ring my doorbell nothing.

My 10 year old daughter has been begging to get a trampoline for a few years. I finally started doing my research and found that Skywalker has some really amazing reviews and guarantees. I finally bought the trampoline, and I thought for sure it would be impossible to assemble (I can’t put together anything lol) and to my surprise I was able to put this together myself with minimal breakdowns! After I put it together I did a test jump, and it’s so sturdy and secure, I cannot believe how comfortable I was jumping around like I was a kid again! If you’re on the fence about getting a trampoline, I can’t recommend this one enough!

My kids love their trampoline. They could wait when my husband was assembled it. We have had the trampoline for a year now, and in the summer, my kids are always outside jumping. Also, I like that it has a nest, and my kids are safe.

**Review: Inexpensive Yet Efficient** I recently purchased a budget-friendly trampoline , and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Despite its low price, it performed all the necessary functions without any issues. The build quality was very cheap though

Great for kids of all ages

We got this for my daughters birthday just as we moved into a new house with a bigger yard. The kids (all 4) love jumping in the trampoline. I love that it’s enclosed so no one bounces out. I wish the ladder was included because I didn’t think to order one in time and I had to wait to get one delivered a few days later.

I love the skywalker trampoline. We have the same one, but the 15 foot enclosure. The assembly is easy with two people. The directions are step-by-step and as long as you follow them carefully, it’s just repetitive motion which needs a little pollen tug when putting together. It definitely helps with two or three people to make it go quicker, I love the Skywalker trampolines because they have safety nets surrounding the trampoline which when you have toddlers that is ideal to help prevent fall offs. The durability and bounce is sufficient where us as adults can get the height, but kids as well can really bounce high. It’s the perfect size for hours and hours of fun in the summer.

Great instructions

Product is exactly what we wanted and expected and as described. The instructions were hilarious with encouragement and jokes mixed into clear steps. There were only two small things that could have been clarified but nothing that required a bunch of effort to correct!

Missing parts

Missing pieces and still not able to assemble the trampoline. Missing tbe screws and bolts. Not even offered a discount or anything. Bought it for my sons birthday which was last week and all he can do is look at the box for a whole week. Will not be making any other large puchases

Good product but…

My Granddaughter loves her trampoline that we got her this past Christmas but after only 4 months, the foam covering on all off the top half of the vertical net supports split and came of with 2 of 3 days of each other. Those are there to protect little heads from hitting the hard steel tube.

Broken up busted item

Item arrived on time. However the box was so destroyed and missing the straps to keep it closed. Package inside with small parts torn open. The mat is torn up from being dragged it looks. I’ll try to assemble it and hope nothing is missing or broken. Seriously disappointed with the packaging. If I have to return this and repackage it’ll be a complete nightmare.

Great

Great deal! I was able to put together in cold and Im over 50 year old woman with the help of my 21 year old child. watch the video and it might take 3-6 hours. I would recommend trampoline stakes. If you can get a third person for the end that would help too.

We put this trampoline together in 3 hours with 2 people. It was actually very straightforward and easy to follow. I recommend looking up their YouTube videos. It’s very safe, the enclosure really gives you peace of mind. The strings are not exposed at all. My only grip would be, a ladder with it would be nice. Overall great trampoline!

Great Quality

Bought it yesterday and I put it together (with little help from my 11 year old and 6 year old) within 2 hours today without any issues. The instructions were really easy to follow and they even provided tips/tricks to read.

The best purchase!

This was a great purchase! It’s 2yo now and still in great shape. We have really enjoyed it. I got it together in less than an hour with a couple of tools. I get a lot of exercise jumping with my 5yo son. It’s definitely a good bonding time with your kids outside. 💓

Disappointed

Just finished putting it together. Took way longer than they say and bring a hammer the poles don't fit together as easy either. We had one years ago but tornado took it out. I liked it much better. The opening and assembly was great. It had 2 wheels so I could roll it around and mow under it. Not impressed. No customer service by phone or e-mail. Hope it lasts it was a challenge to assemble.

Excellent trampoline!

High quality trampoline! We bought this to replace our ratty pandemic trampoline that has been overused. The skywalker one is absolutely a higher quality than our old one. Bigger springs, higher quality materials, and engineered better. You will definitely need 2 people to assemble, but that is true of any trampoline. Me and the 11 year old built it in about 3 hours.

We like it!

Great trampoline! The directions were fantastic %26 easy to follow up until the last part about the net — it was off %26 the zipper enter/exit piece was on a pole. Easy enough to fix though it was frustrating to have to tear down, count springs %26 redo. Am still giving 4 stars though because this truly is a great buy on sale, it’s good quality %26 the 12’ is the perfect size. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Family Fun

The yard will look beautiful with this trampoline in it. Its dimensions are perfect for most households and provide plenty of space for jumping and blowing off steam.
