One arrived with big dent, not working.

I ordered extra items to qualify for the buy three get one free only my free item was dented and not working. I wouldn’t have ordered the extra items I didn’t need if I had known I was receiving scratch and dent, non working heated water bowl. Not free when it doesn’t work. I tested bowl because of the dent, never heated up so I tested the other bowl and it heated up right away so I knew the dented one was a dud. This is a large heavy duty bowl so it took some doing to bend it. The box arrived to my house in good condition so it wasn’t damaged in route to my house it was mailed that way.

Great job even with extreme cold

Our dog loves it! He's an indoor dog but frequents the outdoors using his dog door. He has 3 coats of fur so he loves being outdoors during the winter months & he likes a Metal outdoor drinking bowl for his water year round. He goes out there just to drink but during cold months it had been frozen so this was the perfect solution to the problem. Works great! Even in -27 windchill it didn't freeze.
