Area Rug
The rug arrived with a deep dent in it that could not be removed as well as many curves from being rolled up. I thought it would flatten out and while the rolls did somewhat, the deep crease did not. The rug was also of poor quality with a number of fibers coming loose after only a few vacuums. I sent it back.
Won’t Straighten out
Rug looks nice but it’s kinked and won’t straighten out. There are also a few stray pulls in the rug. Little bit disappointed 😕
Lovely Rug
The rug was good quality, unfortunately the colors didn’t work for my living room. Customer service to return the rug was excellent. I will keep searching and definitely work with Incredible Rugs again!
Bathroom rugs.
This was the third rug I ordered. The first 2 from other companies, and they had to be returned. This rug is better than the online picture. Blues, sage greens, burgundy, creams, match my decor perfectly.

I bought this for a transitional style office and I love the colors and the look of it.
I really like the rug. It is more striking than I expected but the colors are great. It is replacing a very neutral light color rug so some of that is just getting used to the change. I like the black background but the dark areas are large enough that they show dirt quickly so will need to be vacuumed often.

From A to Z, this was such a perfect transaction! 1st, the website was easy to navigate and I found a rug I could not find elsewhere. 2nd, I asked for a coupon code and received one....yahoo!!!!! 3rd, the rug arrived quicker than I anticipated. 4th, the rug itself is perfection. The colors and quality are just what I wanted. AND I received a rug pad at no charge. This is just as gorgeous in person as it is on the website and fits into the design just as I had hoped. I am always concerned that a rug won't lay flat but after two days, it's flat as can be. Really satisfied with everything!!!!
