Great lamp and great customer service from the vendor or Home Depot. The glass lamp arrived broken. Home Depot gave me the option to deal thru them or directly with the vendor. I emailed the vendor. They asked for a copy of my order and a picture of the broken glass. Within 24 hours they notified me that they were sending out a new glass at no charge. I really like the lamp and ordered a second one!

Beautiful lamp - very sturdy and well built. I’m using this as a reading lamp in a bedroom. I had to use a 15watt bulb in it since the clear glass shade seems to really amplify the light. Very pleased with this lamp.

I want to love it, but it broke so quickly

very stylish and mostly perfect, except that within 2 months the wingnut that holds the arm up stripped itself. So, I hope that the warranty is honored. I plan to replace it with the same and hope the second one holds up better. I bought the matching table lamp also and I have had no issues with it.

Received as promised via “prime”. This lamp is solid and quite stunning. Most importantly, I purchased it as a reading lamp and it throws the light down onto the reading surface and, due to its glass hood throws a soft burst of light into the room as well.
