Very good experience. The rug was delivered earlier than expected, and well-packaged. The rug itself appeared exactly as the picture online, if not more attractive. I have already received compliments.

Too thin

Not what I expected. My rugs are very light in color and fairly thin in pile. They are pretty but I wanted a bit darker like the picture and I wanted much thicker. The wrinkles aren't coming out of the rugs yet, which tells you how thin they are. On the upside, I received my rugs two days after I ordered them and received many delivery updates so I could make sure I was home for the delivery. All rugs delivered together as well.

A great neutral rug for any room. The wool pile is comfortable underfoot and the colors look just as pictured. Safavid has makes great rugs and this one is no exception. Don't hesitate to buy.

Nice rug and it looks exactly like the photo. It really is a great neutral and anchored my dinning room well. I took off one star as it isn't very soft. No problem with that and it isn't rough, just not as soft as other rugs I have.
