CHEAPLY MADE. falling apart. Do not buy.

DO NOT BUY. Lready has holes in it and threads are falling out in clumps (this is even in a low traffic area). I'm barely out of the "30-Day Return Window" and this rug is already falling apart. Safavieh and Bed Bath & Beyond won't do anything since it's outside of the window. Don't buy this brand. I got 3 rugs and ALL 3 are falling apart. I returned the other 2 because it was within the window. Safavieh is a cheap company with POOR products. I went with a luxury brand and will continue to do so to avoid cheaply made, disintegrating rugs. AVOID SAFAVIEH.

It's a very nice rug. Braids are big but as stated in another review, easy to undo the braids, I am keeping them for now but may do away with them. Scratchy little white fibers are there, just like in the other reviews, sitting on the rug in leggings gets the little fibers stuck in the leggings and they can be itchy/irritating, it's wool, so expected. I have a cat with white fur so the little white fibers it leaves doesn't bother me, but they're there. All and all I love my purchase! I got the 8x10 and it really just pulls my whole living room together! Love the mixed textures. Beautiful colors.

Gorgeous rug!

This rug is absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't have found a better match to go with my new bedroom ensemble. The colors are vivid and the vacuum has no problem going over it, even our robot vacuum. There are flatter and fluffier parts to the rug, which is nice when you're walking on it.

not just a rug

I purchased a runner but actually ended up using it at the foot of the bed for pattern (this was a staged model apartment, so only looks count). Very happy with the quality of the rug :) next time it may be a headboard!

I absolutely love this rug. The quality and texture is amazing. It's extremely well made and the colors are so rich. You will not be disappointed with this rug. I am looking to purchase a 2nd one for my living room.

Very nice rug, matches well with my home decor. Sheds a bit, but that my be my toddler playing on top of it a lot. Hope shedding stops after a while. Loving it otherwise.

Shedding rug

I bought this rug for my babies room. I will not be able to keep it in there because it sheds like crazy and as soon as she can crawl she will have these shedding fibers everywhere - on her clothes, in her face and mouth. Unfortunately I realized this not until it was too late to return the item. I really like the design but the shedding makes it unusable.

This rug is a cool style, but it SHEDS like a DOG! We do not have any animals in our house. We intended to have this rug in my sons bedroom, but it covered everything in “fur!” I am extremely disappointed and annoyed. I would not recommend it.

Stinky.

This rug is beautiful and unique; however, it SMELLS! I gave it the benefit of the doubt for a few weeks assuming it would air out. It's been 6 weeks now and it still smells awful. I think it's VOCs or some sort of chemical from the fibers. I've tried baking soda, outside to air out, odor absorbers and now, the only thing that really works is an air purifier. And it works while the air purifier is on, but when I turn it off at night - the smell is right back in the morning. I can't return the thing and I do like the style of it - but this smell is awful and I would not re-buy this product.

Obsessed, worried about heavy traffic

let me tell you... this rug is gorgeous! Feels like jute but has a 3d effect with yarn shown in the pictures. The only problem is I'm worried how it'll keep up with heavy traffic. The tassels on the ends are braided and seem relatively fragile... it's not super heavy so I would recommend a matt or stickers underneath. Will update after having it awhile!
