Bad Service, Good Product

Came for pickup Dec. 1 at 4:54 and waited till 6:29 to receive my pickup. I waited outside in my car in (pickup area) for over an hour. Then went back inside were a team lead went to the back to retrieve my product. So total wait time was 1 Hour and 35 Minutes for 1 small item. I was offered no compensation for this inconvenience.

Terrible design

Terrible design. I’ve tried using it multiple times and it never works, followed the directions and everything. Save your money and just put some ice cubes in your coffee.

Two layers stainless steel prevents dilution . Brew pour into the frozen hyper chiller . Gently swirl to chill in 60 seconds. Pour into a glass and Enjoy.

Refreshing!

Love the HyperChiller! Was brewing over ice and my coffee was so diluted and weak. The Chiller makes a perfect cup of cold coffee. It's in my freezer ready to go!

Great product in theory but not so practical

As a recent convert to iced coffee, I really wanted to like this. However it was overly complex and took up a lot of freezer space. Returned it. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed in a Keurig product. It might be for you, but know what you’re getting.

Chills your drink without watering it down

It works well as your drink isn’t watered down from the get go. One thing that I found out is it will not work well with the 12oz size it was too much 10oz works better.

Iced coffee game changer

This keurig hyperchilled iced coffee maker has changed my life! I no longer have to buy jugs of iced coffee from the store. I can brew my coffee at home, put into this iced coffee maker and have perfect iced coffee in minutes!

Great product but possible defect?

I really like this product. Only had this for a few weeks and the plastic cracked on the outside of the cup and leaks water so it’s no longer usable. I’m not sure if it’s a defect on the item or not. My sister in law has this same product and hasn’t had any issues with hers. Little disappointed.

Great Idea

Great Idea! Better than using ice cubes and diluting the iced tea or coffee. Good for work when you do not have ice cubes in the office. Saves money too!

Hard to remove top

Really like the function but once item is put in the freezer it is difficult to remove tops

Works Like a Charm

This works so well! It took me a minute to figure out you just brew or pour through the top to chill, but I loved the results. I made some iced coffee one afternoon and it worked perfectly! It was cold, which honestly surprised me. I keep it in the freezer so it's always ready when I get the desire for an iced coffee, latte or something else.

Not worth buying.

Over sized, doesn't chill that well. Kind of a waste of a product.

Horrible broke on me within a month and is way to much work and leaks terribly

Works great to quickly make freshly brewed coffee or tea into an iced drink without making my ice melt fast.

What a cool idea!

We used it to quickly chill wine that hadn't been refrigerated yet. Worked great!

Iced Fast!

Amazing for iced coffee! If you are a coffee enthusiast, and you don’t own this, I’m asking myself why! It’s so easy to use and fast to chill.

Worked great but didn’t last long

Worked really welll and could be used for 2-3 before needing to be placed back in the freezer. Unfortunately, after about 3 weeks the outer casing cracked so I had to replace it.
