The quality didn't seem great - metal seemed thin, and overall flimsy. Also, I'm very disappointed that they show the button in the horizontal position when locked, and in the vertical position when unlocked - just the opposite of all doorknobs I've ever had or seen. I can't find a way to switch that.
Ordered these because they were sold as three keyed alike door knobs. Received them and none are keyed the same, takes three different keys.

Nice look on the door...Great that one Key works my 3 doors into my garage/stairwell. I do notice the tubler needs alittle key jiggle to get locked and unlocked.

Doorknobs look nice, and function adequately. There is some wiggle...
Doorknobs look nice, and function adequately. There is some wiggle in the knob, even after it's tightened. The inside lock has to catch just right to lock or unlock, and you cannot open the door from the inside while it's locked. This makes a quick exit difficult, so it's not the safest doorknob for emergencies. We will likely replace them again in the future and spend more for higher quality and safety.
Great Customer Service
I ordered a 3 pack set of these door locks. when they arrived, they were not keyed alike. Home Depot re-keyed two of them, but they wouldn't work from the inside. I called Premier Customer service to see if I could somehow repair them. They sent a new set of three, keyed alike. problem solved quickly and at their cost, not mine.
