The Keystone Wall Sleeve 26 in. Was perfect for my application. Easy to assemble and easily installed.

Nice but wasnt able to use

AC that went with this sleeve was defective, never got to use the sleeve so I returned it. Got another AC and put it in the existing sleeve, but it doesnt look good. I might go back and buy this sleeve, if it will fit another brands wall unit.

I have purchased this item from another company before because I didn't know Walmart carried them. It was hard to find even though everyone carried the air conditioner. It was for my other Keystone air conditioner. I recently found out Walmart has the air conditioner and the sleeve. I was thrilled! I purchased the sleeve first and will go back and purchase the air conditioner. I loved this sleeve! It was easy to install and air conditioner was easy to slip in sleeve. I knew I was going to get the same air conditioner for another room and was thrilled to see Walmart had both the air conditioner and the sleeve!

There were no vents in the back.

Very strong steel. I would recommend it.

It worked out well. I was confused why a solid front and back were included. Seemed like a waste.

Bent and unusable!

Opened the box to find a bunch of bent metal pieces and non matched up screw holes. Not only are the screw holes not lined up well but they are too small for the screws given! Complete waste of money and will be returning to the store.

A great sleeve, but should have come with unit as it's a mandatory requirment for wall fittings.

This item was recommended for the Keystone 12,000 BTU wall air conditioner. The directions were difficult to understand, and unfortunately, the air conditioner unit could not be placed inside the correct way because it was just too tight, but enough to fit inside, but not tipped as it should be.

Don't trust the webpage to have the correct parts

I was sent the wrong sleeve, it is 3 inches to shallow

The sleeve is fine, considering it fits numerous manufacturers' models. But I had to read the fine print to see that it needed to be assembled.

Nice and sturdy. That said, its just a metal box. The assembly via screws could probably have been improved upon. Wish I mounted the grill from the outside, they suggested the inside; it would be easier to swap out the solid plate for hurricanes.

I returned the part as size does not fit with wall space.

Perfect fit, easy set up.

It had to be modified as it did not sit flush and allow a drain.
