This rug is not a thick pile and feels rough. Definitely not what I was looking for as a living room rug. If you don’t need to touch it, the design is nice.

Hard to get the lumps out of it from being rolled up. Very very slowly relaxing. Otherwise good rug.

This is a great looking rug. I have the full room area rug in this style/color and the runners are a good accent. My only problem is the packaging, it is rolled but the ends get so crushed they never really straighten out. The price is right.

The rug looks as expected but it is not soft at all and is very thin.

The video seemed like the pile was deeper and thicker. Disappointing.

Good for the price. My only complaint is like others have mentioned, it is rolled so tight it has wrinkles they still haven’t come out. Takes a while for the edges to lay down as well.

Excellent rug, attractive, and the price is great.

The rug came with a lot of creases in it. The color is exactly what I wanted, but even after a month it still has the creases in the middle of the rug. I haven’t been able to get the creases out therefore it continues to pop up on the sides.

Gorgeous rug

Love this rug. While it’s not particularly thick or soft, it’s a beautiful rug. Works great under our king bed with the beautiful navy blue showing on all the edges. A great warming addition to our mid century bedroom.
