Arrived broken Arrive with leg broken off, no way to contact seller. Was a gift for 83 year old mother now and Walmart wants her to box it and bring it in...she can’t even lift it.. when the could just centre bar .. ridiculous and has affected my ordering from Walmart

Missing wheels and glades.

Box was damaged on arrival. Delivered in the rain. I ordered with wheels and expected 4 (as per picture) only received 2 and not enough glades for the remaining stands. bed is usable and went together fine. that's the only reason it gets 3s tars.

Good Frame

This is a very nice sturdy frame, easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the box was torn during shipping and 2 small parts fell out and were missing. I emailed to the Company who promptly shipped the 2 missing parts to me without any grief. Excellent service in a time of high stress and poor service in many places.
