Bad Product. Bad Delivery.

Package left by UPS in Snow. Got wet and Macys refused to do anything about water staining. Then went to put together and threaded inserts missing so could not assemble. Assembly directions do not provide info on cross piece assembly, what bolts to use or if to install with brass pieces up or down. Black felt ripped and Velcro installed sideways so could not use.

Run, run far away

If I could 0 stars I would. I’ll start by saying the headboard is cute and works. The rest of the frame however is a nightmare. First, it doesn’t fit my mattress AT ALL. My mattress overhangs on the sides and there’s a good 3 inches leftover at the bottom where you can clearly see the last bed slat. Second. The slats and middle support beams are complete garbage. We’ve had it less than a month and have already had to buy a hefty piece of wood to try to fix this. Third, they shorted us three very much needed screws. We have never been more disappointed in Macy’s quality of products and return policy (which is non existent for this item). We will NEVER shop for furniture or anything else from here again, and I would highly recommend searching elsewhere. Costs more to fix than it would’ve to just build our own. Absolutely disgraceful.

The bed was eveything i wanted but when we were putting it together. The wholes on the headboard did not line up. So disappointing
