This bed is amazing. Very easy to put together and very durable. There were a few pieces that was omitted from the package but overstock.com customer care representatives work with me to get the missing pieces so that I may complete the bed. I purchased this California King bed as a house warming for my youngest son and he loves it. This was a great purchase. I would definitely recommend this bed and purchases from overstock.com

Missing/Damaged parts, terrible customer service. Bed collapsed last night

Bed frame came with a missing piece and 4 broken/damaged wood slats. I have contacted Houzz 4 times about replacing the slats and receiving the missing piece and have heard nothing back for 2 weeks. At this point i'm pretty sure they are just dodging me. Last night as my husband and I slept, 6 more slats randomly just snapped. We spent the night on the couch. I'd ask for a refund since it doesn't seem possible for me to get help with my issues. We now have to spend MORE money to get a box spring so we can at least use our bed. After spending $500, i'm incredibly disappointed by the product and customer service.
