Great pillow I have neck problems and as a side sleeper it gives me the support I need. I enjoy that you change flip between the hot and cold side.

I bought this item expecting a good neck rest. I think it is too firm and I am still not used to it. My daughter tried it and returned it back to me. I will use it as decoration if this persist

I love the product. One of the pillows were already completely out of the original plastic vacuum bag and the box was damaged. But the pillow remained intact with no issues. It just needed to be lightly cleaned. It's exactly what I needed for my head , neck and shoulders.
