Very Pleased

We love the mattress. We purchased it online/phone so we were concerned that it might not be what we were looking for. Our salesman was fantastic and made the entire process simple and painless. He worked hard on making sure we didn't overlook the few accessories we definitely needed and didn't have and wouldn't have had if he didn't make a few inquiries. It was easy to set up, lighter than a regular spring mattress, no box spring to carry up the stairs and the heavy duty platform literally just pulled open and snapped into place with no tools whatsoever. From ordering to enjoying in my house, the whole process took three days.
