Hard to find gem in bedding!

Love love love. Searched high and low for a 100% cotton quilt. I knew that something like this had to exist. My mom used to quilt and always used cotton fill, but I couldn’t stand the mixed matched colors. She wanted to make me one but I kept telling her that I needed all the same color of fabric through out and she never did. I decided on this one after searching for a long time. Took me about a year to finally purchase. I had my heart set on the redwood, but it never came back in stock. Then I had my heart set on the undiyed color until I realized that it had colored stitching which made it look a bit country to me. I finally purchased the white one which pretty much goes with everything. I may purchase another especially if the undyed becomes available with undyed stitching. I love the look and feel of the texture. The close together stitching ensures the fill will stay in place as it is laundered. My maid is starting a full time job with benefits and the main thing I can no longer do myself is stuff a duvet cover. I am using this as a sort of a bed spread but I have a dog so white was my last choice…but it is amazing. So happy that this bedding company offers something other than gray, so hopeful that they will offer more that I can use in the future. My house is mostly light colored warm neutrals. Just going to have to find something to protect it with from staining. No regrets. Maybe a heavier version for Winter?

Perfect weight!

Perfect lighter weight quilt, the type lovingly used, washed and eventually passed down to the next generation. I’m a hot sleeper and this weight of quilt is perfect for the West Coast and can also be layered for the occasional cold snap.

Very squared off sham. More suitable for a 23”x23” cushion than a queen bed pillow.

rust orange stitching with the undyed

My eye sight isn’t the best. I didn’t see the stitching being a different color on the undyed color. Looks like polka dots from a short distance. I hate polka dots. Gave it 4 stars because it is Exactly what I wanted minus the color of the stitching. I could have made use of the redwood color which was my first choice but it is always sold out…but I can’t think of a way to make this work for me as much as I want to keep it. Please please please make this with the same color stitching and I will buy it. I love the texture and finish visually and the way it feels. Nice weight and quality. Would be worth every penny if the stitching wasn’t orange. I finally read all the reviews after receiving this. It works for some just not for me personally.

Exceeded expectations

Gorgeous quilt that's just the right weight for me. Perfect with a top sheet in summer and with a heaving comforter in colder weather. My cat loves it too and her nails don't snag in the stitching.

Broken stitching after two months :(

This is a beautiful quilt. I have owned it about two months. I am concerned however, because I have noticed that there are two areas where the stitching broke. I'm guessing it happened because it is very easy for items that I have on my bed to snag onto the threads, like my reading glasses, or belt buckles, or other types of clothing/accessories. I would like to know the best way to repair the stitching before it gets worst. Does Coyuchi provide this service? Do they have a recommended vendor who can make these repairs? Considering the expense of this quilt and the rapidity at which this occurred, that would be helpful information.

I like this quilt. It goes well with the matching sheet set. They seem to be pretty breathable and also not cold on colder nights. The stitching for the quilt is a little rough to the touch and overall not as soft as I would hope, but I think it will soften up with age. Price is also pretty steep.
