This is not a true down pillow

It is ridiculous this is called a down pillow. The label says minimum 75% down. The description says 25% feathers. The pillow feels like it is 100% down alternative. There are no feathers. I have one of the standard Martha Stewart 100% down pillows. It is amazing. I just saw down pillow for this king and ordered it thinking it would be the same. I should have read the description better! My wife and I have used down pillows for decades. Down pillows are supposed to be SOFT. What is the point of a firm down pillow? When they have to add something to the soft down to make it firm? Using this 100.00 pillow as insert for the decorative sham for our bedding.

Great quality down pillow - Firm

This is the latest in my continuing search for the perfect pillow. The quality is definitely there. The fabric casing is of a fine tight weave and the fluff factor is consistent throughout. I found it just a bit too firm for my taste but my husband loves it. We both find it just a bit too hot for our 90+ degree nights. I'm not deducting any points, however, because I'm stealing it back when the weather cools and it's a bit more broken in!

Buy Two!!

This pillow in not a standard queen ... it's more closer to a standard. You can tell the minute you look at it that it is on the smaller side. Plus it is not very thick once you lay your head on it. So if you want any height at all, you are going to have to get two and stack them. Other than that, it is a quality pillow. I feel they are great for kids, and as well for guest rooms. However for adults I feel you'd need to stack two, but I like height.

This pillow is so stiff, compresses. I have been using down pillows all my life an this pillow is terrible. No fluffiness.

Disappointing limp pillows

This pillow is small I wouldn’t even consider it standard sized even though it said Jumbo .. doesn’t feel like it has any down. I got them on sale and still paid over $180 for two of them and I decided I needed to return them. They weren’t available for pick up at the store the only option was shipping to your home. I returned them back next day. To have shipping and taxable amount still retuned on an item I didn’t keep. I was extremely disappointed and I won’t order from JCPenney online ever again .

Inconsistent pillows, different fill power and fab

I have been buying these pillows for years.. I bought 7 of the exact same pillow and I have never experienced such inconsistencies as this purchase. The pillows are supposed to be 600 fill power. I got 2 that are way over that, 2 that might have had 300, maybe 400 fill power. I don't know if they were returned or not because I bought these as gifts for Christmas.

Duck down and feathers :(

After I received this I realized that the description doesn’t say what type of down it is. It must be duck down because they’d be proud of goose down. And then it’s only 75%. I think if I wasn’t primarily a stomach sleeper this pillow would be OK maybe. It’s too full for me. And with my 50 years of experience with down pillows this one will get harder instead of softer. There’s lot of feathers in there and it feels like it will all compact and make a hard pillow after a while.

Comfortable enough but too big for a standard size pillowcase.

Great pillows

We love these pillows. We found them by sleeping over at my brother’s house, he has them. We had to have them but they weren’t in the store- shipping was pretty quick & we are happy to have them in our bed

Love this pillow! Super quality, soft & firm at the same time!

Have to return it. We wanted the king size and it came in "jumbo" size which is not king. The cover is very plasticy material, not impressed by it at all. We returned it.

These are excellent pillows... I am sleeping so much better. I needed a super soft pillows and finally get a good night sleep.. I went on vacation and wish I would have brought them with me because the pillow at the hotel make my neck hurt.. I was so glad to get home for my pillows!!!

NOT for Stomach Sleepers

Bought a pair of these down pillows because the description specifically says they are for stomach sleepers. NOT TRUE. They are too dense, too high, and not pliable enough -- in fact, they feel like they are stuffed with poly fill, not cushy down. (I've since learned 20 ounches of fill is too firm. The stomach sleepers' sweet spot is 12 to 15 oz.) These pillows would be fine for side sleepers, however, as there is springy support and might make a good backrest for reading a book in bed. As for sleeping, I haven't had a good night's rest since I received them; I feel like I have whiplash from a car accident. Very disappointed!

Love this pillow!

This is the second time I have ordered this pillow. I can only sleep on 100% down. Anything else hurts my ears. Down and feather combos, and down alternative pillows, don't work for me. Down pillows are hard to find at affordable prices. This one does not disappoint. It is overfilled as well. I find I can wash it in my wash machine, and it turns out beautiful. You just have to be sure to get it completely dry.

The pillows are soft, which is good....but they SMELL!! They smell like wet dog....I am very sensitive to smells...and this is a total NO..
