Great pillows

I stayed at a hotel in Minneapolis that had these pillows on the beds. After having a great night sleep, I did some investigating to discover this company and immediately ordered two pillows for home. Product arrived exactly as I remembered from the hotel. Love these

My daughter and I discovered Bedding by Downlite, when we visited an Atlanta Hotel in 2023. I think we both had the BEST NIGHTS SLEEP, we had, had in years. I immediately purchased products when I returned home. I recently purchased 2 more bed pillows. The pillows are expertly sewn and have the perfect amount of loft and support. Downlite, you have a Customer for life. Thank you!

Scratching my head as I wonder how this pillow got so many good reviews? I hate when this happens! When I received the pillow, it was flat as a pancake. So, threw it in the dryer and puffed it up somewhat. Slept on one night and was flat as a pancake again. Returning this a.s.a.p. So disappointed. Can't trust reviews.

Horrible Pillow!

I purchased this pillow following a hotel stay, as Downlite advertised they were the supplier of the pillows to the hotel where I stayed. The pillows at the hotel were fantastic, and some of the best I have slept on. The pillows that were shipped to me were no where close, and for the price I paid a total rip off. These were not inexpensive pillows! The pillows sent to me seemed to be filled about 50%, and your head literally sinks straight to the mattress. Not sure who could sleep on these.

Good quality pillow for the money

For the most part this is a very comfortable pillow! Everyone’s preferences on pillows differ. For me, I love how it props my head up slightly when I am on my back and is soft enough to yield to the weight of my head just enough. When I’m on my side, however, it feels a bit too firm and does not yield enough, thus the four stars. What helped somewhat was removing the pillowcase altogether. I intend to try a larger King sized case at some point because I prefer a case on my pillow and will see how that feels. At any rate, I feel it is a good quality pillow for the money

sad pillow

I am a feather pillow girl 💯. I read all the reviews this pillow sounded amazing. Upon its arrival I knew immediately it was a sad feather pillow. No fluff no squish no sinking into this one 🫤😢 it wasn’t cheap seriously do not buy this pillow if you love feather pillows this thing is a total disappointment

Great Product and Great Customer Service

My wife and I were at a Marriott property in Raleigh, NC. Back home in Shaker Heights,k OH, I had just purchased a new mattress and pillows. The pillows were a big mistake (and expensive). Well, when I put my head on the pillows in the hotel room, I said, "I have to have a couple of these." From the label on the pillow, we ascertained the manufacturer, called them, figured out which line they were and order a pair. The woman answering the phone could not have been more helpful. We intent on ordering a couple of more for my wife.

Just heavenly

I bought these along with a few Downlite extra-thin pillows for our 2nd home and built the bed of our dreams. My husband and I get excited every evening when it's time to sink into our bed with these amazing pillows. We actually sleep well too. Stack them or just enjoy the softness of one. I will always come back to these Downlite pillows. Life is too short for anything else.

Pillow could have a bit more fill

I am in search of a really good pillow for my painful neck. This is the first time I have purchased a down and feather pillow. The pillow is just fair for my ailments. I find during the night I have to shake it, fluff it, flip it over. I feel it should have a bit more fill. I have put the pillow into a smaller case as other people have suggested to make it less flat.

On the softer side

I am very picky about my pillows as I am a stomach sleeper. I need enough support where it doesn’t go flat, but soft enough I can shape into the pillow and be comfortable on my neck. I had sent back another pillow that was listed as soft, which in turn flattened out too much. This one is definitely soft as well but doesn’t go as flat. I would say other hotel pillows I’ve used are even more firm, but just have more weight to the pillow but are great for stomach sleepers. Overall, a decent pillow. This one just doesn’t quite fit the bill for me in regards to fill.
