Never flatten, stay full after 4 years

Purchased these for my daughters over 4 years ago and they are STILL as fluffy and full and supportive as they were on day 1! These are the best pillows I’ve ever used. They don’t flatten. Purchasing two more for me now!

[Rewarded Review] Soft pillows

I bought these pillows based on the reviews. Upon arrival I was excited but as soon as I took them out the packaging I knew that I had made a mistake of purchasing these pillows. The pillows were too soft but heavy if that makes sense, every though the were supposed to be firm pillows. Another bad purchase and a waste of money.

Great pillows

I love these pillows and will be ordering more. I can’t imagine how some reviews described them as thin. They’re fluffy without sinking and have a really nice weight to them. I’ve been using them for 9 months now and just searched my order history to get more

Fluffy but firm

Everyone has their own preferences in terms of bed pillows. I prefer fluffy, cushiony but firm, like how I imagine placing my head on one of those Simpsons-like clouds, and these fit the bill, after I tried several others and had to return them.

Best pillows ever!

Hubby doesn’t sleep well and always says he needs new pillows, but never gets any. So I splurged and got these for both of us and they are honestly the most comfortable pillows ever. I feel like I’m in a fancy resort.

Quality pillows

Maybe I’m new to quality pillows or down pillows but it is slightly weighted which I guess I just didn’t expect that feel. Extremely comfortable and if you like to stack pillows for extra comfort it’s a win. I was actually thinking about purchasing another set. I would recommend for sure.

Disappointed

This pillow is not firm. Very cheap quaility so it's hard to believe Serta put its name on it. The fabric cover is very thin. The pillow is just lumpy. I got a standard/queen size so No standard pillowcase will fit. Similar pillows are half this price. I wish I hadn't bought these.

These are the worst pillows ever. I needed a medium firm pillow. My head sunk to the mattress immediately upon laying down. The stuffing was all around my head but not under my head. I might as well have slept on the mattress. I couldn’t fall asleep and had to get my old pillow back out because these were terrible.

A near perfect pillow.

I’ve used this pillow consistently for about 3 months now. I suffer from chronic neck pain and I’m always on the search for supportive pillows. These were perfect at first. In combination with a flatter pillow, I was able to get this to the perfect height with adequate neck support. It’s now starting to lose its shape and fluffiness. I’m usually able to manipulate it to get it back to the shape I need but I’m having more trouble these days. I’m disappointed that I’ve arrived at this point after only 3 months of use, however these were so perfect initially that I will try them again. Even if I only get 3 months of use out of them, these are some of the most supportive pillows I’ve ever used.

Nice at first, but

These feel great for about six months but beyond that mark will grow steadily lumpier until they’re unusable and cause headaches by the end of the year. There may be a more economical option out there. That said, I do keep buying them. They’re perfect for the first while.

Not bad but definitely not a FIRM pillow

I was looking for a firm pillow that didn't squish down and would give me very good head support. This pillow missed the mark. I honestly don't understand how they can describe it as firm. Maybe Medium at best. Now having said this, it is not by any means uncomfortable. It just didn't hold my head up high enough when I rolled on my side to sleep. I also got the Charter Club LiquiLoft Med/Firm pillow and that one was exactly what I was looking for (other than the price, sadly).

I did purchase these illusion serial pillows at TJmaxx and loved them and wanted 2 more, but they had no more. I found them on wayfair and although they are the same pillow they seemed softer than my original ones. If you like softer pillows you may love these. I like the hybrid fill, the pillows bounce back to original shape and easy to fluff back into shape.

Like a cloud!

This pillow feels like sleeping on a cloud! I am a back sleeper who loves soft, fluffy down alternative pillows that feel like hotel luxury. This pillow is it! It’s so hard for me to find a good pillow. Most pillows I have tried are too high for my neck and give me headaches. Even other down alternative pillows push my head too high. This pillow feels supportive but doesn’t lift my head. If you like a medium firm pillow, this is not for you. This is the best, softest pillow and I highly recommend it for back sleepers who love soft pillows!

The perfect pillow

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pillow for years. I've tried expensive and cheaper options, down, down alternative, memory foam, you name it. This one is the best of them all. It's squishy but doesn't lose its shape. It's supportive enough but doesn't make my neck sore. I just ordered more because I don't ever want to not have one.

Finally!

I only just got these pillows in and tried them last night, but I've been trying out new pillows or MONTHS and couldn't find a good one. I've known after one night's sleep on each pillow whether it was good for me. I finally found the one! I slept so good last night; my neck and shoulders aren't sore. I 100% recommend getting these. Such a wonderful deal with the price as well!
