The comforter is nice and thick but badly faded in multiple areas. Whether this was a manufacturing defect or it was left out in the sun and it faded I don’t know. Waiting now to see how quickly Wayfair will address this issue to my satisfaction.

Jungle vibe beautiful midweight comforter

I bought the Stone Cottage comforter a few weeks ago. The comforter is very beautiful and comfortable. I love that it's midweight because I have "hot flashes."

Disappointed

I love the color and the feel of the comforter but it is not the king size I ordered. It looks nothing like the picture and only hangs down 2 inches on each side and the pillow shams are more like a euro sham there's no way a king size pillow will fit in them.

This is the worst thing I have bought from wayfair. I washed this, laid it out for drying and realized it was filled with one big piece of foam. Can't get it to lay flat. It's just a mess.

Very nice quality. Green color and pattern beautifully. Look closely at the picture. There is a stone washed quilt pattern on the overall quilt. This looks like there is fabric defect and some on the fabric looks patched faded. I’m keeping and my room is lovely.

Disappointed

I loved the quality of the fabric and the zipper on the long side is great. My issue is the color and the bleached look is not what I was looking for. I will be returning this and look for another.

Zipper closure, nice cotton

2 different closures on this item on web page. I hoped it was button closure, it was a hidden zipper closure. Material is very nice. A sleek cotton fabric. Part of the colors are a faded green, sage maybe, the other is slightly darker. Very nice.

It was a very nice comforter! I think to make it better, would be to make the king actually floor length like shown in pic instead of using a king comforter on a queen bed to make it look like it goes to the floor. Kinda of deceiving! But still a nice comforter!

Pleased

Has ties inside for attaching duvet as well as a hidden zipper which is nicer than my old button cover. The fabric is softer and not as stiff as my last cover as well. The Queen is a Queen/Full which I did not know, but it's fine. I like the colors, it matches my decor as expected

Great bedspread

I read reviews and saw one that concerned me about washing it and it disintegrated. So, I finally did and it washed beautifully. I used cold and gentle and dried it. It is beautiful and soft. It's very heavy. It reminds me of Christmas. It is generously sized for my queen. So far so good!

Good comforter instead of a large quilt

First of all, the colors are as in the picture. It is indeed king size. I had a filler that was not quite big enough. It was easy to stuff, with a zipper instead as buttons. The shams fit my king sized pillows easily. It covers my sleep number bed. I am using this because this comforter is easy to manage, easier than some of my big quilts. So far it is a good choice.

Exactly the duvet I wanted: Quality & Style

This review if for a King Duvet Cover & 2 Shams, you must purchase the internal duvet comforter separate. I love the Cotton Sateen fabric. The pattern and coloration of the fabric is EXACTLY what I was looking for... looking for a LONG time. I didn't want mint green, lime green or aqua. The colors are a variety of shades from a darker fern to faded fern. Call it what you want. It's a bit more sophisticated and my goal was to have a pattern that could put up with my Golden Retrievers bounding onto my bed with dirty paws and not ruin the fabric. Since this cover is washable, this will fit my need. I must disagree with some other reviews that complain about the appearance of bleached/faded spots. The photo clearly depicts variation in shading of the pattern. That is what appealed to me. It's more of a shabby chic, but with quality feeling fabric. I have it paired with beautiful classic floral drapes and a velvet gray classic headboard and bench (which I'm pretty sure I also purchased from O a few years ago). I like that the duvet & shams are zippered rather than buttoned. I've had buttons come off and button holes ripped too easily on other duvet covers. One improvement is a need for MORE internal loops on the duvet cover. There are 4 existing ties at each corner, but more are needed at the mid-points of each side. The reason is that sateen is slippery and even with the 4 ties, the duvet slips around inside the cover on the sides, leading to bunching and wrinkling of the duvet inside. This causes the overall appearance to look a bit rumpled. I will sew some additional tie ribbons on myself since my new duvet has side loops in addition to corner loops.

Bleach stain looking

This product has faded areas in the pattern that didn't show in the picture. They are there intentionally but look like bleach spills. I hate how it looks and will immediately start shopping for a different one (not online) so I can throw this one away. I understand that returning something to Overstock is nearly impossible, so this was a lesson about not buying décor online.

These photos are deceiving

Not at all like the photos! This comforter set looks so vibrant in the photos! But these photos are so deceiving! My husband said it look like an old used comforter the lighter parts of the comforter in the picture look like bleach stains just not a good look for a guest bedroom comforter! Save yourself the time and the money… It’s just not a good luck overall! 

Nicely made duvet

The quality of the material is good, I just wish the finish of it was a little softer - but it is good quality. The hidden zipper in both the duvet and pillow cases are a very nice feature. I washed it and it came out of the dryer without wrinkles. The ties in the corners to hold the comforter in place are sturdy and should hold up well. All in all I am very pleased with the duvet and the pattern is different than many of the others I have seen, so this is a good thing.

The duvet cover and shams are beautiful. The interior ties keep the duvet from slipping, and the zipper closures are so invisible that I have to look to find them when I want to wash this. Needs no special care-I machine wash and tumble dry. No ironing required. This is a slightly heavier weight than some, but I use it with a lightweight down in the summer and a heavier down in the winter without any problems. I've had it for 5 months and still smile when I walk by the bedroom door.

Abingdon Comforter Set

I first saw this online at a more high-end department store, then found it at Walmart and saved a lot of money. I bought the King size and find it to be generous in its width, which is a real plus. My bedsheets are not sticking out underneath it. The comforter is medium to heavy weight, some nights I am actually hot and pull it back. I have not washed it yet to say how it will hold up, but I do not expect any problems. I do wish it came with a coordinating bed skirt, although with the comforter being over-sized it looks good anyway so I may just go without. The shams have a nice hidden zipper are easier to get the pillow into than other styles, although they are lacking in any edging that I am used to on other shams, so kind of boring, but nothing wrong with them. The other decorative pillows that match the set seem to be unavailable everywhere, but I will keep checking and maybe will be able to get those as well. Overall, I am extremely please with the comforter set. It is perfect in my newly redone bedroom.

Pampered

Love the quality and fit. I purchased a large for a queen bed (thinner box spring) and coverage was perfect. The king shams didn't fit my new pillows perfectly but maybe they'll settle over time (a little large on the corners).
