I have purchased a couple of down pillows they were not filled, they were too flat just didn’t do the trick. Had constant headaches because of my neck with the past pillows.

Beautiful comfort for sleeping

I bought these for my ten year old grandson who absolutely loves them. As he put it, it like sleeping on a cloud. He loves the comfort!

Yielding in Firm Support

I find this pillow firm yet yielding and it conforms beautifully to back sleeping. It is encased in its own protective pillow cover, then placed within a blue satin Kitsch pillow case.

Down alternative pillows

Pillows are great so comfortable. I slept on these pillows at a weekend getaway and loved them, so I made a purchase.

Firm Down Alternative pillow

I bought the king size pillow. I was expecting it to be harder than the medium one I have but I was disappointed. It was just as soft as the medium.

Disappointing Dow alternative pillow

Previously, I bought a medium density dow alternative pillow and that was fine. This time, I wanted a firm dow alternative pillow and the firm pillow turned out to be softer than the medium density pillow I already have.

Very good quality

The quality and the feel of this pillow is excellent. However, the firm pillow I purchased did not support my head enough allowing it to sink in too much so I had to return it. If this firm pillow came filled just a little fuller I think it work better for people looking for needed support.

Very comfortable. Right out of

Very comfortable. Right out of the bag and you get a good night’s sleep. No need to break them in. Somehow my first B&B pillow never followed me to my new home. Had to order a new one. So happy with it.

Causes bad allergies

The pillow caused me to have bad allergies. I would wake up with stuffed sinuses and a runny nose, which would clear up as soon as I stopped using the new pillow. I have never had that issue before with any other pillow. Unfortunately the return window is so short that by the time I experimented with different pillow cases and figured out that it was indeed the pillow, I couldn't return it any longer. Costly mistake buying this pillow.

FINALLY a pillow I love!

I’ve been through at least 10 different pillows and the Soft Down Alternative Bill and Branch pillow is finally the ONE!!! I’m a pillow snob and this one is the BOMB! 💣💤❤️

Replacement King Size Down Alternative Pillow Gives Great Nights Rest

I purchased two king size down alternative pillows as I needed pillow upgrade and replacement, The pillow is for a back sleeper and is firm enough for support with softness.

Best Pillows!

I have used all three levels of firmness as what I need changes with the weather. And I love all three! The only problem I have ever had was when I washed one, I made the mistake of leaving it in the dryer (and probably using to high of heat) too long and ruined it. When you wash it I really recommend playing it safe and letting it air dry.

Let down with fake down

I returned the original down pillow because it was very smelly, like manure. I was pleased with prompt service, a credit for the difference, and selected a down alternative pillow, so I did not encounter that bad smell again. This pillow is rubbery, and just not what I really was hoping for. It’s in a closet now.

I wanted to love this

I wanted to love this pillow so much, but unfortunately, I found it very uncomfortable and way to puffy and hard at the same time. I forced myself to try it for 3 nights and ended up with a neck pain that has taken me 3 weeks to improve at all. I'm not saying this is the fault of the production of the pillow or anything, which seemed to be a very nice quality. It just really didn't work out for me. Thanks for asking

Great for toddler

Bought this for my sweet granddaughter who suddenly wanted to lay her head on something every night; stuffed animals mostly 😁

Do not buy

I’ve had this pillow for 4 months now and it is clumpy and flat. I got the firm one and it is not firm at all. What a waste of money. Would not recommend.

Best pillow

After trying this this pillow at someone’s home, I just had to buy one. With just the right amount of loft and support, it cradles my head so that I wake up without a stiff neck or sore ear. I’m a side sleeper and the firm density is just right for me.

The first pillow was too

The first pillow was too firm and I returned it for a softer one. I have not heard anything about the return and have not received the softer pillow. Please, could you let me know where my refund and pillow is. Thank you. Deborah Hiler

Perfect Comfort

Love it -it's perfect. Not too firm and not too soft. I can finally sleep without waking up with a sore neck and or headache.
