The grab bar is beautiful!
It arrived on time, was well-packaged, and easy to install. It is the fourth grab bar I have ordered, two in chrome and two in brushed nickel. We are happy with each.
Nice product. Solid. I’ve always liked Kingston brass quality. However, four stars because of difficulty placing squarely on a standard stud. Had to angle the screws, which made the easy job more difficult.
Nice fixture, easy to install, the cap to cover screws is a bit cheesy; and, color is more black than bronze.
Poor Quality/Poor Service
Bought this product in April and it was installed during a remodel in May. By early October (5 months), the item began to rust, staining the new tile in the shower. The description clearly said it could be located in the shower. I tried repeatedly to work with Kingston Brass for a satisfactory resolution (asking for a refund rather than a product replacement) but they refused to provide a refund. I was not interested in replacing the item with another poor-quality product. Very disappointing experience with this manufacturer.
