Was a little disappointed that the roll holder itself is very cheap chrome coloured plastic but once together it works perfectly. It is just with the cost I thought the whole item would be metal.

Purchased this for our guest powder room so people would have a place to set their phones down since we do not have space for counter tops in that bathroom. It works great and at the materials are of good quality, I would recommend.

Wish the wood part was better quality or real wood and wish the toilet paper spring thing was better quality and metal like the rest, but all in all it’s a great stand for the price

Very Pleased

We didn't want to drill into our vanity so I started looking for freestanding holders. Most of them just looked cheap and I wanted a solid, nice looking piece. This fit the bill. It is sturdy and looks so good in the bathroom. The little shelf is an added bonus as is the space for an extra roll of paper. I have had for a while now and it is still in perfect condition.

Got this in black and it's a great solution to not having a wall next to the toilet to hang a tp holder. Fairly easy to put together. The tp holder tube itself is metal and a bit difficult to get off when there's a tube on it, so I usually tear the empty tube off and then take it off. Since the top is black, it does collect dust easily.

Color is off...

The holder itself is very nice and sturday. However the color is copper compared to my oil rubbed bronze bathroom hardware - doesn't match at all.

Bought this toilet paper holder after reading the mostly positive reviews. It looks nice and the shelf, while not necessary for my needs is fine. The only issue is that the roller part that was included was flimsy and i ordered a replacement immediately. And getting the the roller in and out is a bit tricky for sure. But all in all it is fine.

Looks great and stand is high quality. Only disappointment was that the bar to hold the toilet paper is made out of plastic with a “cheaper” shiny foil finish and doesn’t match the rest of the stand.

Very nice and quite sturdy. The brushed nickel finish works well with my remodeled bathroom decor. I will probably paint the tray either white or espresso though as it seems a bit out of place with the honey color.

I really like this purchase! I bought it for a bathroom that had marble walls and it would have been difficult to mount a tissue holder. The wood holder on top was exactly as shown and matched the wood colors in the bathroom. Assembly was easy.

I purchased this for the bathroom in our bedroom and unfortunately with its small configuration this stand was too large. We moved it to the kids bathroom and it works well. We have had it for a year and there is no warping or damage to the wood from being in the bathroom. It was a good purchase for the price and for our needs.

Don't be fooled by its good looks...

Well, let's start with the good. This is a great-looking piece. I ordered the satin bronze finish, and it was really lovely. And the clever 'tray' at the top! Everyone knows you bring your phone into the bathroom, let's be real. Now to the deal-breaker. It's a TERRIBLE design, trying to get a roll of toilet paper on. I couldn't do it. It was impossible to grasp the roll and try to get it on or off. The sides are rigid and how are you supposed to DO IT? I told my husband, "disassemble the thing." I know enough to realize that NOT ONE PERSON IN MY HOUSE would work that hard to install a new roll of toilet paper onto that thing, that I would forever be frustrated with the inevitable t.p. in the tray (that's meant for a phone!), askew, and I would think, "why did I pay $100 for this??" So back it goes. With regret, I add. It's a beautiful but non-functional item. Sigh.

I had ordered the black TP holder for one bathroom and liked so much I ordered the oil rubbed bronze for another bathroom. When I took out of box to put together the shelf is black not oil rubbed bronze. The picture doesn't show that. It looks strange because the black shelf is a harsh contrast to the base. I'm going to spray paint to match base. So disappointed! ☹

Sleek & Sturdy

This toilet paper holder looks very modern and the quality is excellent.

It is a little crooked and I just received it before the holiday and have 33 people at my house so I kept it. Though for that price I am disappointed that it is crooked. Two of the predilesse holes are not straight so the top looks a little crooked

Very well made. Easy to assemble. It took me about 15 minutes to put it together. A word of caution, be careful if you "spin" the pieces when tighten the screws. They will scratch easily. I advise tighten the screws only. I tried to take a short cut and now regret it. That being said, this tp holder is very solid and sturdy. actual holder is very true to pictures on wayfair.

I really liked the weight of this holder, but the shelf looked cheap and arrived scratched and chipped. The brushed nickel finish also had chips and scratches. Very disappointing given the price, but Wayfair was great to work with on the return.

Major design flaw: the bolts that connect the top metal piece to the vertical bar *are not flush*, so the wood tray doesn't sit flat. I ended up carving a little pocket out of the particle board so that it would sit flat, since this is still a much sturdier and nicer looking toilet paper holder than anything else I could find online, but it's a huge flaw and I wouldn't buy it again.

I was incredibly disappointed based on the other reviews. Not sure where to start. So the top isnt capable of sitting level because of the way it is assembled. Two different size screws prevent it from being level. The base itself needs to be heavier. It feels very light. The feet are nothing more than plastic stick-ons that will fall off later. The base doesnt sit level without them because of the screw placement. Just not what I expected for a 90 toilet paper holder.
