We had construction delays and installed this straight out of the box by a professional plumber in November and it leaks. Kingston Brass sent new cartridges and it still leaks. The faucet is defective and I have been unsuccessful getting replacement from Kingston Brass through their warranty department.

Super expensive-looking, heavy kitchen faucet. Our build has the kitchen sink in front of a nice big window and I wanted a statement faucet in matte black. I also needed a sprayer since it’s stationary. It hasn’t been installed yet but I’m looking forward to it.

We replaced a delta faucet with this one in the bathroom. It is really beautiful installed, but it has made the water pressure nonexistent in that bathroom. It’s literally a trickle of water with the hot and cold on all the way. I’m going to have to pay a plumber to come back and see if they can do something to increase the pressure. Not happy with the purchase as it’s turning into a money pit.

Obsessed

Such a unique statement piece that completes my kitchen. The only issue that I've had is the staining from the hard water deposits. Over the years it's built up a bit but I still love it so much.

Beautiful faucet . Quality product made with brass and ceramic parts rather than plastic . Plummer likes it . The sprayer can be capped off and dispensed with . I didn’t want a sprayer . Hard to find on the website or in the store but search and you will find. Two handles was a priority for me also no pull down sprayer !!!!!!!!! That’s pretty much what the industry is pushing . Built in obsolescence .

A couple of flaws...

I recently installed this kitchen faucet set.

Great quality always with Kingston. Very heavy and sturdy. Looks even better than the pictures. Plumber had no issues setting up and said it’s a great quality faucet. We have it with our single sink floating vanity. Not a vessel sink and it worked out great. Doesn’t splash or anything. You can’t go wrong with Kingston.

Really wanted to love this faucet for my newly remodeled French Courtney kitchen. I bought the Tudor and the English faucet both made by Kingston Brass and unfortunately both products had a defect. As you can see from the picture, the last piece is a different color then the rest of the faucet. This happened THREE separate times. I wish Wayfair would contact the manufacturer to pinpoint the root of the issue. I ordered directly from the manufacturer instead and the faucet was perfect. Nonetheless, more expensive but perhaps Wayfair products aren’t quality controlled

Absolutely excellent. Excellent quality. Looks and feels solid. All metal construction, both main faucet and side spray. Feels solid and weighty in your hands. Color is beautiful. Deep dark bronze. Perfect for farmhouse decor. Love love love.

Beautiful - Very high quality!

This is a beautiful, high quality faucet. The plumber that installed was impressed with it also. I got the brushed brass, and it made my bath remodel next-level. It's all about the details. I put it on a sink with the 3-hole cutout, and the plate more than covered all the holes. Highly recommend.

Good looking but messy

This faucet looks very nice on my brand new vanity. However, consider the height because it leaves lots water on the counter especially with kids. It came with a problem on one tap but fast customer service sent a new part asap.

The aerators are super noisy and they don't offer better replacements.

First impression this looks great in the box. Love the curved tap. Very 1920sNew York Loft vibe. Heavier than expected... but in a good way, seems very well made with durable parts. Love the fact that it has braided hoses. Bought for master bath.

It is beautiful but wont fit standard sinks. It is too big. So, I have not been able to use it.
