The faucet looks great and works perfectly good choice ?

Pro= brass finish is beautiful. Con= there's nothing else like it. There's no plate or deck. It isn't installed yet. Hopefully everything is standard. I'll know more after July 12th, 2021. It's also heavy. It's my 1st purchase from Overstock. Faucet was installed today. When faucet handles are"off" water is on. When handles are "on" water is off. Perhaps that's why it's an OVERSTOCK.COM item?

Spray defect

Purchased this faucet in Nov., 2019, had it installed as soon as I received it by a licensed plumber, it is beautiful, but unfortunately this is the 1st of March and the sprayer works but only a trickle of water comes from the faucets. When I researched the reason, plumbers say the sprayer head has to be replaced.Not 3 months of usage. Any advise for another solution?

We needed a brass 3 hole replacement faucet for our kitchen sink. After looking for over a year, we finally found this one. It has been installed and works wonderfully. Brass is out right now and so are 3 hole faucets, but when your granite is existing, you need something specific and this fit our needs. Thank you

I wish I could write a good review you sent me a towel rack instead of my faucet and sprayer. Thanks a lot for this inconceivable mixup. Nothing extra for my troubles of not having running water in my kitchen or any compensation for my trouble.

I received my faucet in a timely manner but when I went to order...it would not let me used the promised 10/15% discount...I bought it anyway but was disappointed at the unfilfilled come on!

It’s beautiful & is constructed of heavy, quality brass. Have never seen such a quality sprayer before! The main drawback is the handles are so long they cannot be set in a straight line as pictured on the web site ad or the right handle will knock against the sprayer. It is also noisier than my old brass faucet (the water flowing through the faucet has a higher pitch sound).

Less than 10 days later the cold water handle was bumping against the sprayer. I called the contractor and he returned to repair the faucet, although he could not understand why the handle was not stable and turned too far. He said threads were not stripped, but he believed the issue had been resolved. Before the day was out, the handle had turned again. Since the faucet was purchased and delivered in December, I have not attempted to return it, but I am very unhappy with the purchase. In addition to the one handle turning too far, both handles lift right off. I believe that it is the workmanship. I am very particular about my home environment and like everything to look good and function good. I am to the point where I am seriously considering removing this faucet and buying another one. The Polished Brass faucet is beautiful but it has major flaws and I would not purchase it again.

I would definitely recommend this product. Seems good quality and nicely priced.

This is a high-quality product. It is made of heavy brass, and is so lovely in my 110-year-old house. No sign of wearing out anytime soon.
