One faucet was broken. Unusable. You should not sell " open box" items. Cause if they've been returned once, there's something wrong with them!

They looked nice initially, but over time they have corroded and the coating that makes them the oil-rubbed bronze color has come off.

Very pretty faucet. But not that easy to install because of multiple parts. My husband can usually do plumbing jobs but had to hire a plumber to install.

I bought two of these for my office. Very beautiful and good quality brass. Clear instructions and no leaks.

Pretty and work’s nicely now although there were several leaks underneath until the plumber figured out how to Jerry-rig it.

The first time I ordered the tap the cold water was defective. Luckily Wayfair sent me a replacement and didn’t ask for the defective tap to be returned. The second shipment the gold ring at the bottom of the faucet was way too big. Obviously from a different tap. Using the first and second set of taps I was able to install the taps. Not impressed with the product but at least my mother-in-law can use her sink again.

A Bit of A Disappointment

Faucet and handles tend to spot and look messy shortly after cleaning. They are not as sturdy as I would prefer either.

It was beautiful when it arrived less than a month ago. The handles feel a little short in your hand. Unfortunately one of the handles is turning green.
