Looks pretty but the white ceramic circle that shows hot and cold came off after a month of using it tried to fix it and nothing happened so I dealt with ut. And now the second one just fell off. Now it looks horrible

After 2 years it started leaking as in a stream of water due to the valve. My handyman said it needed to be replaced. I don’t recommend buying this. My plumber says stick with delta.

Love the look of this faucet!! Bought it for our half bath and now I want to put this same faucet in our master bath as well! The pop of the white handles against the black looks great and I really like the vintage vibe.

Great value!

I was looking for something a bit vintage and a bit coastal - this was perfect! In a small bathroom with no windows the polished chrome catches and reflects a lot of light. Great craftsmanship and easy to install. The H and C adds a bit of character.

This is nice and heavy weight. Very easy to install as well. The finish is stunning. I previously purchased a similar item with porcelain handles for my last home and wanted something similar for my new home and this is perfect. I haven’t had any issues with the one I’ve had for years and don’t expect any with this new one.

Love love this faucet! Has a retro look w modern twist. Feels really solid and is well made. Product came a day later than originally indicated, so don’t schedule your contractor until it’s in hand!

I'm a retired nurse and I spend a lot of time at home by myself... Having that said... I spend a lot of time online... The product that I ordered from your company is very nice... I compared it to a lot of other sites before I purchased it... Exemplary!!! . good explanation for your product.

Feels high quality and looks great

Feels very heavy and high quality. Looks great in our 1960s bathroom on our wall-mount porcelain sink. My partner installed it himself and it works beautifully. Our previous faucet was leaking and now, no more leaks!

Annoying cold water valve opens the opposite way

Nicely built faucet, BUT… the cold water valve opens the opposite way from any other faucet that we have owned or used (clockwise). I contacted the manufacturer and was told that there was nothing wrong with the faucet - it was designed that way. My family finds it very annoying to use and I intend on returning it. If someone had rated this faucet and explained this peculiarly, it would have spared me the hassle.

Perfect faucet for my farmhouse!

I recently remodeled our downstairs bathroom in our 1800's farmhouse. I needed just the right faucet for the look I was going for. I absolutely love this one! I am so pleased! Excellent quality, fast shipping and so pretty in polished brass!

I sometimes get a "rattle" when using the cold water similar to the old faucets when the washer went bad and had to be replaced but this is washerless so I have no Idea of the problem. so I would like to hear from someone who might know how to rectify. Also the "C" on the cold water cracked and needs to be replaced.

It’s beautiful and enhances the existing bathroom sink. Only one problem, the sink is somewhat old fashioned and the new faucet’s under connected device doesn’t fix. The plumber had to come up with an alternative to open and close the drain.

This faucet looks very nice overall and was easy to install BUT the handles both turn the same way, counterclockwise, and this is not mentioned anywhere in the online descriptions from the manufacturer. After reading many reviews I see two other people mentioned this same design flaw. I hate this and want the cold water on the right to turn clockwise like normal faucets. The directions state the handle can be reversed by turning the stem 180 degrees, but of course that doesn't actually work.

Longer Threaded Feed Pipe Needed

I installed two of these faucets in granite countertops in a rehab that I recently completed. The installation work on the granite was poorly done and the holes for the faucet were drilled too wide. I tried to compensate for this by add large washers and thinner nuts to hold the faucets in place. There was not enough length left on the faucet feeds to attach the feed hoses. Kingston Brass should extend the feed pipes by an additional half inch to compensate for the wider use of thicker granite countetops. There is no way to send feedback to Kingston Brass so I am doing that here.

Finish Did Not Hold Up & Other Issues

I own historical properties and love the look and feel of cross handle faucets. I got this one about 5 years ago and am looking for a better quality replacement, since I won't be buying it again. We had issues with the drain stopper from the beginning and then the antique bronze finish started to wear and flake off and look really shabby. When I would scrub off the scale and water stains, then more of the finish would come off. Then it started rusting around the stopper and the force it would take to open and close the drain caused the top of the plunger to break off in two, and it's just made of plastic. It never leaked and I always liked the style and I just figured the finish was the main problem and decided it would be safe to purchase it in chrome for another bathroom, but when the plumber was installing it, he broke one of the ceramic handles. I called the Kingston Brass helpline and they said, "Yeah, the ceramic handles break." Not helpful at all. Perhaps, you shouldn't expect a $100 faucet to last more than a fews years, and Kingston Brass seems to have cornered the market with their cool vintage designs at a low price point, but now I've concluded that I'll have to sacrifice on style for something built to last.

Haven't installed yet, but seems to on par with Peerless, Delta (low end) hardware store house brands.... Update: Installed, not hard. Two identical faucets, one was flawless, the other had a glitch. Wouldn't stop dripping from the hot side immediately after

Nice faucet

This is a nice faucet for the price. My bathroom sink is older but I like it and was looking for something appropriate. The sink is also a small one. Only complaint , and this has nothing to do with the product, is that the pop up rod is a bit short for my older and deeper sink, as well as the faucet itself sitting up higher than my old faucet. Pop up doesn’t work properly all the time. Keep this in mind if you are looking to replace a faucet in an older sink. Otherwise good product so far (1week). Nice water flow.

This Bathroom Sink Faucet was a replacement for my worn-out original, and as all the Fixtures in my Bathroom are Polished Gold and Porcelain and resemble the pretty old-fashioned style, it was the perfect Look and Match. It is of good heavy quality, the Parts are not fragile or cheaply-made, the Gold is high-shine and beautiful, I love the curves and details, it was easy to self-install, no problems whatsoever, fit like a Glove on my small Marble-top Sink, and its operation is smooth as Silk. I was most impressed with the Manufacturer's resume' in the Description, in-that actual Brass is used, and they lived up-to their Standards........ It still looks and functions like new. Very pleased and satisfied with this Purchase.

The C for the cold water handle came off after only have it installed for a month. The C actually broke. Took 4 month to get a response from Kingston Brass after numerous attempts to contact was made. They mailed a replacement part but it is the wrong part. Have contacted them numerous times about receiving the wrong part and have yet to hear back. So I paid over 60 for a bathroom faucet that looks like I got it incomplete from a junk box.
