Do not buy an item unless you are definitely going to fit it within 30 days. We bought two of these items, but the vanity they were to go into was delayed (not from Wayfair), so went to fit them, only to find that the faucet was too big to fit in the 1.75" hole 9there was no hole specification anywhere when purchasing so you have to assume that the hole is standard). I contacted Wayfair, who said that while they understood the issue, because it was now outside their 30 day return policy, I was on my own. I called Kingston Brass and they said because I bought through Wayfair, there was nothing they could do, either. A total waste of time and money.

Love the look bit it doesnt drain properly. So frustrating. Hot water handle on 1 of 4 sets we purchased is loose.

Issues with quality

Love the look but drain pull is too short to use (won't sit up high enough and sink fills with water when in open position). Also...hot water handle "jiggles". Can't be screwed enough to stop jiggle without over-tightening. Plumber was unable to correct. Perhaps the handle was "stripped" so can't be tightened properly?

Not a good design. Have to tighten the faucet just perfect so it doesn’t leak. If you tighten it too much it pops out of the threads and leaks. If it’s too loose it leaks. The lines from the faucet to the handles are short and easily kink when placed behind the sink. Directions were unhelpful as they were not made for the cross handle model only. The directions have just lever install information. We figured it out and it looks nice but it could have been much more user friendly, especially for the price.
