I’m giving this a two stars because I was told by the website that I needed this for the sink but I actually did not. So I bought it anyway, but the box was pitched so I cannot return it. A waste of time and money! If you’re buying Products that involve plumbing, have your licensed plumber review the order before submitting it so that you’re not out money for buying items you do not need.

I'm not complaining about the hardware. However, I ordered the installation service for my seriously disabled, elderly mother. Wayfair/Angie canceled three scheduled appointments and each time canceled just one hour before with robo-texts followed by chipper missives asking us if we were getting excited about our installation. Very disappointing. After the third time, Wayfair promised a refund. My mother lives in Massachusetts, not on the moon. Way Unfair!
