UPDATED STYLE/ trim looking and effective flush mechanism!
I had Wellworth models this one is SLEEK, modern and uses less water to flush and most importantly not loud. I bought two right away, so pleased! Delivery to home was great.
Excellent service. Received items within 2 days.
Ordered Kohler toilet on Thursday. Delivered on Saturday.
Build.com has terrible customer service.
The product is fine. Build.com is a terrible company and I will never use them again. They refuse to help us despite sending us two broken toilets and costing us hundreds in plumber and disposal fees.
It was broken

While Kohler Products are among the best, we received our order with a broken tank lid. Packaging seemed in tact and the box was secured inside the shipping box, but still received a broken item. Probably more handling than packaging.
Silly Design
For some reason they have decided to change the tank lever from a standard square design so that it will only take the Kohler trim lever and they only make it in chrome.
TheTank
The tank only flushed for 3 days. Had to remove the top and manually flush the toilet for over 2 weeks. The plumber had part aval in his truck....he was here on another matter so he installed a new one. Going to ask for a partial credit of $65.00
Plunger part of tank failed. Water kept running.

Very easy and simple to order, I was very happy with the experience, everything was exactly as was ordered and fits perfectly with the toilet bowl
It is advertised as a complete toilet, its just the tank. I called Wayfair the day of arrival to notify them, they promised that someone one get back to me within 24 hours. Over a week later I have yet to receive that call.
it said it was two piece toleit only came with the tank do not want send back

This toilet was purchased for my bathroom, but donated to my church. I love that it is low water usage and has a left handed flush. The toilets were a great upgrade and the church absolutely loves them! Great buy!
