This item arrived way faster than I ever expected. It was very well protected and there was zero damage to the packaging. It was very easy to install and so far the glass does not need to be cleaned after every shower and it looks okay.

Luxury as expected

The door was very well packaged and exactly as described. It was not difficult to assemble but note that two people are required due to the weight. The only issue that I had was the length of time it took to ship. It seemed like a waste of travel to send the door from Texas to New Jersey only to its final destination in Tennessee. But the delivery team was very nice and moved it into my garage without asking.

These were very nice, but the fit is soo specific. You have to build out the shower around these doors, not the other way around.

The door and hinges seem to be of good quality, The instructions from the manufacture leave a lot to be desired. The door has self closing hinges and can operate in either direction depending on the desired left or right swing. There is very little tolerance allowed for hinge vertical spacing. The clear plastic door rest is very flimsy and easily deformed in shipping.

Terrible experience with Wayfair customer service. Ordered this on 4/12. It was shipped out on 4/15. On my end, tracking shows that it arrived in my neighborhood on 4/20, however, Wayfair’s delivery department cannot locate this huge item. The 1st customer rep I spoke with on 4/24 and informed this matter to, completely disregarded my concern instead of starting a docket search which is their standard procedure. Two days later, on 4/26, the next customer rep started the process, saying it takes up to 5 business days. Today, 4/28, a 3rd customer rep said it takes up to 6 business days to investigate but I should wait for 8 realistically. In the meantime, my bathroom remodeling is halted. So, when things go wrong, Wayfair does little or nothing to help their customer by expediting this investigation process, or alternatively shipping another item to them. The money was charged on 4/12 but there is no end in sight as to when this product will be delivered!
