[Rewarded Review] Nice enough faucet but the electronics do not work correctly and customer service was no help.

I chose this Giving Tree Touchless High Arc Pull Down faucet to use on a sink in my laundry room. The matte black finish was exactly what my wife wanted and the graceful, arching form was perfect for its intended location. Unfortunately, the touchless electronics did not provide the convenience I had hoped for and, in fact, the pull down AUTO ON feature did not work correctly at all. Let me explain what happened after this faucet was installed, the batteries were correctly inserted in the power pack (be sure to installed the batteries in the correct + - orientation), and the water supply shutoffs were turned back ON.

[Rewarded Review] Not the hands free I thought it would be

I had high hopes for being able to use a faucet hands free. In concept it seems great, but execution seems off. Installation was pretty easy, took me a minute to figure out the 'quick connect' but I just had to push harder. The screw on under-sink mounting is a nifty modern anchor part, but I'd like for it to be hex shaped so I could put a wrench to it and really tighten it down. The sink plate wanted to rotate after install, it doesn't have an alignment plate like my previous sink. Had to really tighten it down to keep it in place.

[Rewarded Review] Well done

Very impressed with the quality and the function of this faucet. More than I expected for sure. It really has a nice look with the base and handle deep black, well done! The feel of the faucet handle as you move it is smooth like a piece of fine machinery. I am pleased with this new plastic clamping hold down nut for the base, you only have to clamp it onto the base threads and then tighten it by hand, no tools needed, it works perfectly! Instructions are simple and easy to understand. and the touchless sensor works well. The battery pack has a snap closed lid that when open automatically switches the faucet to your standard on/off handle, well thought out. Everything you need is in the box, you just need tools for the water lines. I am well pleased.

[Rewarded Review] Kitchen Sink Faucet

This kitchen sink faucet is a beautiful addition to your kitchen. The matte black finished matched beautifully with my oil rubbed hardware on my cabinets. I love the hands free feature, it’s perfect for when your cooking and it has yet to falter. I gave this product four stars instead of five because the water supply line is so short. I have changed many kitchen sink faucets and this is the first time where it was too short. The supply lines were much shorter then past lines on other faucets.

[Rewarded Review] Pretty Sleek Touchless Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer

The GIVING TREE Touchless Single Handle High Arc Pull Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet in Matte Black is a nice addition to a kitchen The faucet is carefully packaged and was easy to install with the step by step instructions that were included. No extra parts needed to be purchased. The pressure at each setting is good and the sensor that provides the touchless functionality is really nice to have. It does take a little getting used to because the sensor is towards the bottom and you almost have to touch to activate. A simple wave in front does not trigger the water. We are still reviewing to see if there can be some tweaking to improve. The coolest feature is the sprayer itself. It is very well disguised within a housing which is pretty sleek and it is released with a simple slide. Although we were not familiar with the Giving Tree brand, we would recommend the product.

[Rewarded Review] Really like the touchless feature

I am remodeling our kitchen and have not put our new sink in yet , but I hooked it up just to check it out and it is a really nice feature to be able to turn your faucet on or off just by waving your hand , especially if you have anything on your hands you dont want to spread to the handle . It activates quickly and has an automatic time delay to shut the water off so you dont have to if you dont want to . It also has a nice look . Just make sure to install the controller with the batteries that power it so you can easily change the batteries as needed

[Rewarded Review] Great quality faucet at great price point

The Giving Tree senor kitchen faucet I worthy of a look if you are upgrading your kitchen faucet or starting a major kitchen renovation. I have a similar name brand (one we have all heard of) that cost me $600 4 years ago when we did a major kitchen renovation. The Giving tree faucet compares very well to this well-known brand. First, do not be intimidated by the sensor part of the faucet. The faucet will work even if the batteries are dead.

[Rewarded Review] looks sharp, great functionality

This faucet arrives carefully packed in foam in a box measuring 25.25” X 12” X 3” and weighs about 6.5 lbs. To install, you will need a Phillips screwdriver, a small wrench (for your water inlet lines) and some plumber’s tape (because my dad said I should always use tape). For the control unit, you will need 4 AA batteries. It comes with everything you need, including all the mounting hardware for the control unit box, washers, even Zip ties (!) to tame the hoses when you’re done. It also comes with a cover plate so that if you have 3 holes on the top of your sink, the plate will cover the extra holes. They even include a tool to remove the cartridge if the cartridge gets clogged (due to hard water). I had no problems installing this as the directions were very good with LOTS of very clear drawings and explanations. They even mark on the hose where the counter weight should be placed – they’ve made everything just about as fool-proof as possible. Here is what I really like about the faucet: its high arc makes it easy to get large pots underneath; the IR panel in the front Is sensitive and picks up motion easily & reliably; the head pivots a full 360 degrees making it easy to use AND easy to set up; you have an option for spray or regular steady stream; if the batteries die, the faucet still works as a normal faucet would until you can replace the batteries. I like the modern look and the sturdy, high-quality feel to it. On high, it puts out a lot of water. I adjusted it to about half open and found that is plenty for our usage. The hose extends 15.75” and the height of the unit is 17.5” and the depth is 10”. From the neck to the end of the faucet where the water comes out is 7.5”. When you are not using the pull down feature, the faucet retracts fully back up, giving it a clean look. The handle is 4” long and has subtle markings for “hot” and “cold”. I was unsure about having a faucet with a motion sensor and a pull down, but after the ease of installing this and using for several days now, I am sold and am VERY pleased with this unit.

[Rewarded Review] Beautiful no touch smart faucet

The days of having to touch your faucet handle with dirty or hands that just touched raw meat are over. This touchless faucet is beautiful easy to install and has all of the options you have in a regular faucet. The water supply lines are clearly marked red and blow for hot and cold. The handle is marked as wall. The touchless sensor comes with mounting screws. You will need to supply your own AA batteries. You will need four. You also have the adapter to mount it in a one or three hole counter top

[Rewarded Review] Excellent Touchless Faucet

We've been through a lot of kitchen faucets. Some have been touchless and we had a few issues with how they functioned. Giving Tree has eliminated those issues and added some great features. Including you can actually get a slow trickle. Something that has been unheard of in all our recent kitchen faucets. (There is an included tool to remove the flow regulator, we see no need. If you open the faucet full-board the flow is very powerful.) Another feature we have not previously seen, whatever setting you lasted used, (sprayer or stream), will still be the setting when you turn it on. Previous faucets all pop off of sprayer and back to stream when turned off. We can now keep a low flow spray as the default when we use our touchless feature and save some water. In line with saving water the three minute auto-off was accidentally tested and works. Another cool feature is you don't have to turn the water on to use the pull-down. When you pull the head down it will come on, release the faucet head and the water automatically goes off. Installation was very basic as far as exchanging a faucet goes with the exception of having to mount the box that controls the touchless feature and plug two cables into it (see photo). Very easy. Everything is quick connect and the instructions are clear. Even the nut that goes under the sink to secure the faucet in place is easy to use (see photo). The chrome is super shiny and so far has been easy to clean. Although we did not use the decorative plate it has a super thick gasket for leak control (see photo). We can truly say this is the best touchless faucet we've had. We were unfamiliar with Giving Tree before. If this is the type of work and thought they put into all their products they will be a go-to brand.
