I was gifted this product so I could give an honest review. This stoneware is very well made and a beautiful light green color. I have always liked stoneware for baking, but the smooth interior on this pan is nice. No more discolored bakeware! I have found this product cooks evenly and food releases easily. The rectangle baker is oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher-safe. I have always trusted the Kitchenaid name and this item continues to confirm that trust. I definitely recommend this stoneware baker.
