The worst online customer service ever exerienced

My low rating has to do with the horrible customer service I received from Crate & Barrel. This item was linked from a wedding registry which directed me to C&B. when I entered the C&B site, they offered 10% off in return for my email. I provided that, but the site did not honor the 10% off. this was an expensive item. I had to go through 3 ChatBots before I may have actually reached a human. the experience was about 1.5 hours. The "person" i finally reached was polite so it kept me in the order loop of doom. C&B was to then update the wedding registry site so that no one else could order the same item. that never happened. the order process took so long, that someone else bought the same thing. so now I tried to cancel the order. C&B would not let me saying it had gone to the vendor. too late they said. this took another 1.5 hours. so now i'm into this 3 hours for a this order, and I am the recipient of a product that I really do not need. The ordering was so horrendous that I don't dare try to return, it will take another 4 hours out of my life. I will never order from C&B again. I'm sure the product is lovely,

Peeling

We’ve had for a couple years and already the lining is peeling. That doesn’t seem safe at all! We got some cheap stainless steel pots from Harbor Freight that have lasted over 10+ years. This is really disappointing as I’ll have to toss them.

THESE POTS ARE A SCAM

These are horrible. Have had for only one year and the nonstick coating where the bolt meets the handle is peeling off of several pieces. A piece fell off into my food while I was cooking. I contacted Wayfair and the most they can do is offer me a 10% off coupon for future purchases. I will NEVER purchase anything from Wayfair ever again! Every single item I've purchased from them has broken or become damaged in some way. Bunk bed headboards and footboards broken, table chair legs broken, and now my cookware coating is peeling off. It's obvious they're selling junk and then they tell you there's nothing they can do to help.

Excellent product

Beautiful cookware which does not show up stains as with stainless steel and is super easy to maintain given the non stick surface. Enough pieces to adequately supply enough cookware to handle a 4 course meal. Perfect size for my husband and I on a continuous basis and sufficient for larger occasional gatherings. Suitable for gas open flame and induction heat surfaces. Nice product.

Nonstick Peels!!!

Waste of money! The nonstick coating is peeling away! I am so disappointed in this KitchenAid pan set. I was happy with the look, the weight and that they were KitchenAid brand. I handwash the pans so I was shocked to they peeled. I use only silicone or plastic utensils. I wasted my money...so unhappy.

KitchenAid Induction Cookware is the best

With a new induction stove, we needed new cookware. We went with the KitchenAid cookware to match the stove and ordered blindly. We have been more than happy with these pots. Water boils almost instantly and they clean up with just a wipe of the sponge, even stringy melted cheese. No scraping and scouring. We choose this set because it did not have a bunch of pans that would not be used. There are 4 pots and that is plenty to cook a good meal. Had i known cooking could be such a pleasure on an electric stove i would have made this change sooner

Non stick pots and pan

Top of the line kitchen cook wear. I fell immediately in love with the beauty and quality. The lids are even oven proof under 350 degrees. If you don’t really cook that often like a chef, best choice.

Love them!

These are a great pot and pans. You can tell they are strong pans. The only downfall is the handles on the stock pot get very hot and the lids Get hot. But there's always a solution to that. I still love the pot and pans they're great. You can tell they're not cheap.

Best performance and price

I am very happy with the performance of the cookware set designed for my new induction cooktop. After reviewing various brands and types I determined I preferred glass lids, oven-proof, and dishwasher safe capabilities. These pieces are pretty and meet all qualifications.

Great except for the little fry pan.

This cookware is reasonably priced and so far, are of good quality. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because the smallest pan, which is the most used for making eggs for breakfast, is too small to work with my GE CAFE induction cooktop. The smallest HOB is slightly larger than the smallest pan in this set . The induction will not work.

The Best for Induction Stove

Best ever for induction stove. This is the second set this year. I purchased the second set for my best friend who was also getting a Induction stove. The frying pan can crisp up just like a cast iron pan. Really sturdie set of pots and pans.

Great Value and We have been using a while. We have a GE Magnetic Stove top. The cookware and cooktop are very compatible. Cooking everything at Medium temperatures. Cookware is simple to clean up. Paid 1/2 the cost of other steel cookware to get the results we expected.

Sturdy Pan Set

I studied many pansets before purchasing this set for my daughter's Christmas present. Having many Kitchenaid products, I was confident with their quality products. The set arrived well packaged. The tempered lids feel sturdy, and have sturdy Kitchenaid labeled hand grips rather than knobs. The pan handles aren't long, so will be easier to store. The pans feels sturdy, and well made. Originally I preferred the handles have some silicon for heat resistance, but other reviewers indicate that the handles stay cool. The directions say to use pot holders. The pans can handle up to 500 oven, but on top of the stove use low to medium heat. I had hoped the lids might interchange so the large frying pan could be lidded, but the lids don't interchange. I would have liked an even bigger frying pan, with high sides, and a lid, but most sets don't offer those--usually they are a separate purchase. I think with proper care, this set should last a long time. The product was made in Thailand.
