Doesn't hold up.

I have had the Pasta Roller and Cutter set for years. It worked perfectly when I first bought it, but now the "spaghetti" roller gets stuck and won't turn. The "fettuccini" cutter works fine. I did notice that the "roller now has cracked plastic on the bottom. Not sure it is going to work as it is supposed to. I can't believe that something made in Italy is such poor quality.

Makes pasta cutting really so much easier. Just limited on the cutting abilities with the two different t shapes. Not necessarily a round spaghetti but the fettuccine cutter is great. Good durability and not hard to clean if used correctly.

These were great in theory but didn't work for me. I love my kitchen aid mixer and thought this would be an easy way to make pasta. The attachments fit well but we're difficult out to feed through a consistent dough without getting stuck or clogged. I returned these and went back to my hand crank pasta maker.

The idea is great, but the execution is a bit to be desired. It may have been user error, but whenever we used the smaller cutter, it just turned into a big mess. And once it becomes jammed up with pasta dough it is nearly impossible to clean up without taking the whole thing apart. The larger cutter worked much better, as we didn't have any jamming issues. but it suffers from the same design and is hard to clean out. It would be nice if there was access on the top that would allow us to clean out easier.

There is nothing more delicious than fresh made pasta. You will never want to go back to box pasta. Sure it’s more work but this kitchen aid pasta kit makes it a breeze and it will remind you of eating fresh pasta made daily in a small Italian village. Would definitely recommend this to someone who regularly makes pasta by hand or a beginner. It is simple enough to use and you can find plenty of video tutorials online.

What a fun kitchen aid attachment! We make pasta often and this attachment helps speed up the process. It cuts the pasta easily with no added steps. The actual attachment is durable and quiet. This is definitely one of my favorite pieces!

The kitchen aid pasta cutter set is awesome. It's super easy to add onto the kitchen aid mixer and even easier to use. Making fresh pasta at home is now incredibly easy and has completely elevated our dinners. If you already have a kitchen aid mixer, this add on is a no brainer. I only wish we had gotten it sooner.

These pasta cutting attachments are so useful for at home pasta nights. They're smaller than a pasta cutting machine, and are easy to store with the stand mixer parts. It's straightforward to use both attachments, as they work like a normal pasta cutter does. I love how easy it is to make fresh pasta using these attachments!

I have never been so disappointed with a product before. I followed all the directions as written and the pasta completely jammed up in the rollers and it never worked. Even once the pasta dried it still won’t come out of the capellini roller.

I received the KitchenAid Pasta Cutter Set through the TryIt Sampling Community and I am so excited! There is nothing like fresh pasta. Those who have tried fresh pasta will agree, there is no going back to the boxed stuff. Making fresh pasta is a lot of work and well worth the effort. Before getting this pasta cutter tool, we would hand make ours, making large batches and freezing it. We debated buying a pasta maker machine but the cost is prohibitive, unless you are an eater of pasta every day. This is definitely the solution! This adaptor is so easy to use, is qualitymade, and makes wonderful pasta in different sizes. We are going to get some of the additional tools for our KitchenAid, for making other types of pasta like ravioli, now that we know these pasta maker sets truly work with the KitchenAid. Best kitchen gadget I have ever had! Highly, highly recommend!,,

I HAVE NEVER USED A PASTA CUTTER UNTIL I TRIED THIS ONE. THE QUALITY WAS GREAT, AS I THOUGHT A KITCHENAID PRODUCT WOULD BE. I ALSO LIKED THE DESIGN AND HOW EASY IT WAS TO USE. CLEANING IT WAS BAD EITHER.

This Kitchen Aid pasta cutter is awesome quality. It’s the build quality of your grandma’s kitchen aid, built like a tank. The rollers are very smooth cutting and make great noodles. The only downside I see with this particular kit is to use these you will want the roller too. I don’t have the roller and I had to roll it out by hand. And cut the dough with a knife to fit the dough in the throat of the cutters. But if you own the roller I bet it’s amazing, and at the correct width and thickness. Super quality parts.

I had a pasta maker I bought years ago and rarely used it. It was so difficult to get going and didn't produce nice noodles. Of course kitchen aides is amazing. I have never bought anything from them that wasn't. It's super easy to instal and it makes perfect noodles withing seconds practically. I don't even take the attachment off because I've been using it so much. Have homemade noodles is so nice to have.

Cappelini cutter defective

One star. Cappelini cutter twirled pasta around the rollers without passing it through. I ended up throwing it right in the trash where it belongs.
