right filter for the right product

Bought 5 month ago. works great. Easiest filter to apply to my refrigerator. had to get this from Kitchenaid. Told to buy other brands they would work. They were always a problem to install. The name brand product works better

Was a normal filter, nothing special and nothing different than one you would get that comes with your fridge itself. Obviously you need these to continue to have your fridge function as it should.

Perfect timing, we justo got our kitchen aid refrigerator, very easy to install, the taste of the water is incredible good, the filtration is very good.

Is expensive for just 6 month

No Returns

I performed a search for KAD2RXD1 and did not notice that the results included KAD1RXD1, KAD2RXD1, KAD3RXD1 and KAD4RXD1. Thinking the results we all for the filter I searched for I accidentally selected the KAD1RXD1. I assume these filters work but not for my refrigerator. Ultimately it is my fault for not double checking the results and assuming they only contained items that I specifically searched for. However, when I tried to return the incorrect filters I was shocked to find out that returns are "not available" for this product. Very disappointed with the quality of service.

Did not work.

I ordered a 2 pack and was sent the everydrop ones. When I used it, the refrigerator made a terrible knocking sound anytime you got water or it tried to fill for ice. I made sure it was in correctly and it was, so I tried the other one and it did the same thing. I had to put back in the old filter. I have ordered more and I want the Kitchen Aid brand one. The everydrop does not work.

The installation was super easy and the instructions were super helpful I had this up and running in about 30 minutes. Worked great for my fridge !

What a wonderful campaign to be selected for! My husband is a competitive athlete and drinks over a gallon of water/day. We try to minimize the amount of disposable water bottles and have converted over to the one-gallon Ice Shakers to ensure he consumes enough water. Replacing the water filter on our fridge is extremely important in a health-conscious household. Installation was simple (and something we were already familiar with). Nothing hits the spot like ice cold, fresh tasting water! Thank you for allowing us to participate in this program; we are grateful!

The installation was fairly simple. I noticed our ice was not as opaque as before and the taste was way better. The filtration is now better than before.
