Great looking bookcase. Looks better in person.

Poor customer service

It arrived and was missing a shelf. I have to return it to UPS it weighs 63lbs. And Macy's is somehow unable to ship out a replacement.

This bookcase looks very expensive and is made extremely well. We ordered 2 to flank a window in our sons bedroom. Exceptional!!!

This was surprisingly nice. Took a bit to put together but everything lined up well and screws went in easy, which is all above expectations. Great value.

Terrible ! Poor quality and almost impossible to assemble. Have to return which they charged me to do. Bookcase isn’t stable do you gave to anchor it to a wall and get this, they provide zip ties Ridiculous. Don’t buy this It’s trash.

Nice books case, stable. Would love it if it were deeper but still worked well.

Seen this elsewhere for double the price. Perhaps not the same quality (although this one very good) but I think this piece is a great buy.

I would give this a zero if I could. I spent more than an hour assembling it, only to get to the last piece to realize there is a manufacturer error and the holes were on the wrong side of the shelf panel. Other than that it was evident that the piece is cheaply made and flimsy. Styrofoam everywhere and the box is came in was already damaged when it arrived. REALLY disappointed with this one.

I first found this shelf on another furniture website and it was more expensive. Put it in my office and really love it.

Looks beautiful. Easy to assemble and even has the supplies to mount it to the wall.

The bookcase is very sturdy and gives a great modern feel. Very spacious.

Love this bookshelf. Takes a while to put together. Lots of screws, but love the look. It fits perfect in our living room displaying our pottery collection.

Needed two people to assemble, a little wobbly but managed to fix by adjusting the tightness of screws. Have not placed anything on it, to be determined how much weight it can carry. Really nice and substantial piece.

Quality is excellent, design is spacious and modern, assembly is easy. Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

The design is beautiful but the quality is very poor. It doesn’t seem sturdy enough to hold books without buckling.

Exactly what I was looking for to use for shelves in newly remodeled bathroom.

It's not easy to put together and quality is questionable. I'm not convinced it's worth the price. It looks great once you put it together.

This was much easier to put together than other reviews suggested. After reading the instructions, it took less than 30 minutes to fully assemble.
