The hood looks nice, it doesn't draw as much air as I needed, but it is adequate. My biggest disappointment is the customer service. I called them with a problem I was having getting the covering off the grates..my contractors couldn't get it off. These people deal with it on a daily basis, I asked for replacements and the rep acted like I was a idiot. I never got the replacements and even though I sent a email with my registration confirmation attached customer service did not respond.
