Arrived in timely fashion with no damage. Was well packed and easy to unbox. Installation was a piece of cake and only took about 1-1/2 hrs. This unit was installed outside, on my pool patio for use with the gas BBQ.

I did a lot of research and the Kobe had good reviews and I purchased it. Unfortunately, before I was able to install it, I was offered a free hood to complement a quite expensive range I purchased, so I went with that. But Build Ferguson's service is outstanding and they accepted the return (unopened) almost 3 months later no questions asked for a 5% restock fee which is outstanding. Great company. I always check with them first, not just for price, but unique variety.

It perfectly fits my new kitchen. Looking good. Unique shape.
Looks great, is not cheap feeling. Instructions are fairly easy to read through. There are only two lights and they are towards the front, thus the rear is not lit as well as could be if they added two more lights. Is not loud and really moves air, even at quiet speed.
