inferior product

bought new one in new home. spray only goes up about 3 to 4 inches. doesn't reach the anatomy. my old kohler spray would hit the ceiling. i suggest you buy a hand held toilet spray attachment instead if you are used to getting wet where it counts.

Amazing couldn't wait to get it installed

So we finally finished the installation of our new bidet! Yey! by no means it was easy, especially following the generic manufactures instructions. Thank God Kholer does an excellent job of posting clearer installation instructions with illustrations on their site. It took us just about 5 hours to install. Granted we are not contractors, but not novices either, also had to get additional supplies in the middle of installation at the big box store. But no pain no gain, right? My hiney thanks Kholer for making it easier to keep it tidy!!! The quality and the beauty it adds to my master bath helps me feel like I took a trip to Rome by only stepping into my bath! A small price to pay for the value received!

The bowl is too shallow and the up spray nozzie is too tall. Terrible design. I am trying to find a button high nozzle to replace the insert enema nozzel.

Kohler products are great, but this did not give water pressure, then my plumber called Kohler representative and explained the problem. IT had a missing part, which Kohler is shipping. Once that is installed i will tell if it worked.

Installation Instructions Errors

Step 1 parts illustrated are not the same as supplied, but work. Step 4 shows spray installation, should also show installation of connection later made up to transfer valve in step 22! This required removing the bidet from the drain shown in step 10. Also step 8 illustration shows the adaptor ring for the faucets, not the parts provided! Also, using the proprietary connections that have rubber washers should not require thread sealant (Teflon Tape) as shown in instructions. No fiber washers were provided as in the illustrations for the hot and cold faucet assemblies in step 14.

I would give the bidet faucet the top rating but unfortunately the unit came in defective...the main shaft came in cracked n after installation it started leaking...the plumber had to schedule another day to remove it n we r in process of returning it fir an exchange.
