Uh-oh

Unfortunately the faucet I received came with a broken o-ring on the end of the faucet. After many emails back and forth with customer service, it seems I probably received a faucet set that had been returned by someone who besides returning it with the broken o-ring and also substituted the cold water supply hose to one without the required identification tag that would give info on the model faucet. This caused a lot of difficulty with pictures and explaining that I really was photographing the correct hose. It seemed that they were unable to determine the specific o-ring I needed so finally they decided the best solution was to send me a New Spout Kit which is currently on back order. It is expected to ship November 26, 2024. Of course, “If it becomes available before then, we will ship right away.” Original order for faucet was placed August 21. On the bright side it is a beautiful faucet even if not yet functional.

Best polished brass faucet for the money

Bought this for master bath sink and my wife loves it. Works and look beautiful.

I bought 2 of these. The faucet is nice but after having an issue with the drain, I went to the Kohler website to discover that this model has been discontinued. Because of that, other sellers are selling this model for $65 EACH less than what Lowe's charged. I'll be returning at least one of them.

Beware of brushed nickel finish

The brushed nickel finish tarnishes very quickly and will not stay the same as what it is out of the box. Apparently, you need to clean it every week in order to keep the finish from going cloudy and dry it completely after every use which are completely unrealistic expectations.

I really wanted a different set that has been discontinued. The Revival set was my absolute favorite.

Looks nice but one important flaw

When it came time to insert the faucet hose into the 3-way mixer, the O ring split. The O ring supplied with the faucet seems to be slightly too large and does feel slightly loose when it goes on. Another recent reviewer noted the same thing. I will have to make another trip to HD and hopefully find a ring or a box set with the correct size. Not what I expected from a product at this price point.

Great faucets with one problem

Love these faucets. Have one in my bathroom, ordered two for my mom. She is very happy with them. Only one problem which I hope to hear from Ferguson or Kohler about. One of the faucets came with a stopper whose finish did not match the rest of the unit!!! I am hoping and trusting this will be rectified.

as others have noted, Kohler's connectors between the faucets and the spout are not great. The O-ring on the first one sent to me was too large on the connector that fits into the Y fitting, so the it sprayed everywhere under the sink when turned on. I tried to buy one locally but couldn't find the right fit. this is a 2 cent part!! Build was great to work with and sent me another. Same problem!I ended up taking an O-ring off one of the faucet connectors of the second unit and put it on the spout connector and then it worked. Poor quality control by Kohler, great service from Build.Another issue is that the strainer that comes with the facet now has to be screwed in with a special plastic doodad they send with the faucet. If you ever need to clean the strainer, good luck finding this stupid little doodad. Less

While the faucets are very nice, I paid for professional installation through Wayfair. I was never informed that professional did not actually mean professional IE a plumber. The men that arrived were pleasant but did not have anything more than a basic knowledge of how to install the faucets .They were there almost 3 hours and had to leave twice to get supplies. The description as explained to me was that the price included complete installation. I had to pay another $40 for parts that they went to get. This definitely needs to be explained better by the sales Personnel at Wayfair, because I talked to someone personally and they still did not explain that to me. I will not use again. The description is not accurate, it says widespread bathroom faucet and it is not it is a 4 in spread faucet Less

Nice solid Faucet well built

Install was pretty straight forward except the instructions leave out a few details(like take off the grey plastic cover over the black mixer) the grey part is simply a tool to take the hoses apart after its installed. Everything went well until hooking the faucet hose into the mixer. O ring split. The O ring that comes with the faucet is the wrong size. Kohler customer service sent out a new washer and it was indeed smaller than the one supplied!

Wish I could've given this faucet a 5 star for quality but because our plumbers couldn't install all five of them because of an "o-ring" problem, they're only getting 3 stars. I mean, what good is an expensive, beautiful brass faucet if you can't install it? The "o-rings" have to be snug and intact, otherwise the faucets will leak. I had to return them. I DO however, have to give 5 stars to Build.com/Ferguson. Super fast shipping and great on returns as well.

The product itself is of good quality and looks good. However, it arrived with a broken O-ring on one of the components, which was only discovered during installation. I had to pay an extra $70 for the plumber to go and get a replacement, which was hard to find. WHy doesn't the company provide a couple of extra components like that, which cost next to nothing but can really complicate installation and use?
