Poor design

It is virtually impossible to turn the knob when your hands are wet to turn the water flow from the shower head to the hand held and back while in the shower. You have to turn it when the shower is off and even then my husband can barely do it. I cannot do it at all as there is nothing to grip on the knob. A very poor design. We will be returning and going back to a regular shower head.

Looks great! I love the different settings. The center spray washes out my shampoo well. You have to use one or the other spray head. If you try to use them both there is not not enough water pressure to make them both efficient.easy to use

Impossible to divert water flow to handheld!

Bought this item, had installed and now it does not work. Knob in center will not move to divert water flow to hand held. Looks like I will now have to get a handyman to come in and try to fix - not cheap in New York City. If you are a Senior or anyone with normal lower arm and wrist strength, do NOT buy. You pay for a shower head combo and get a single showerhead. Also sent an email to Kohler Customer Support with no response. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Don't buy

Bought one for a bathroom remodel and it was very hard to adjust the water from one head to the other. Kohler replaced for free and the second one is actually harder to adjust. At this point, I think it is just poor design. It also seems to be harder to adjust when water is on vs. off.

Looks great but leaks water

Despite setting the shower head that attaches to the magnet to OFF, water still pours out of the nozzles.

Big mistake

We had the Purist installed by our builder in a new custom construction. The faucet dripped after the first use and has continued ever since. The documentation says the knob should be able to pause the water flow --- there is NO pause. We get water from one head or the other, or both heads .... but no way to turn it off! We are going to call a local plumber to remove this nightmare and just go with a simpler fixed shower head. What a waste of money!

Pressure is so low and handheld unit keeps dripping

It looks good but when we try to turn one head completely, it constantly drips and the other one doesn’t provide enough pressure at all. Really disappointed with the price and the way this works. Ordered it back in December for a job that was starting in late January. The job just got finished and now we are like 2 months out. Would like a completely different unit. This one is terrible.

Disappointed

Remodeling my master bath and ordered this shower head. Disappointed! The shower head came broken and made of plastic. I ordered from Home Depot. Why is everything made of plastic ?

I regret this purchase

I bought two of these for our new shower. The water pressure is weak even after removing the flow restrictor. I replaced with a 20 dollar sparkpod and the pressure is so much better. Also, the magnet for the wand is too weak and the wand was always falling off when adjusting the unit. I wish I could return but am well past the 45 day window.

How does the double spray feature work?

I recently installed this shower head but only the main sprayer works. The side with the flexi-hose will not spray water. Could this be installed wrong? I can not find instructions on how to use both at the same time. I know this should be obvious but I am struggling here.

Magnetic not good- it falls on your head! it can kill a child!

I purchased this shower head a month ago. It is amazing to say the least. Great water pressure and love the magnetic hand held attachment. The heads can rotate to be side by side as well. Will definitely purchase for my next remodel.

Very attractive fixture and very functional. I also like the magnetic back on the handheld sprayer making it easy to remove and replace. The quality is outstanding, too!

disappointing

Very disappointed with this shower head. Terrible pressure from the heads. Massage setting does not have enough pressure to call it massage. Found a much better performing Delta shower head at HD for $109.
