Great Faucet

Love this faucet, easy to install works great. The auto shut off feature now has us wanting to install all our faucets with that feature. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Very good quality and well made. I love the gold finish it looks really rich.

Little over a Year Old

We barely use the pull down spray feature and the hose snapped off. The product is not in warranty and you can not find replacement parts. Go with a different brand you can actually buy replacement parts for that match the item.

Leaking/Spraying hose

Installed in April 2023 and in less than a year the button on spray nozzle has a hard time switching between normal flow and spreaded spray. In less than a year and a half, the hose started leaking above the spray nozzle and now it sprays water in every direction getting all over the counter top and floor. Getting worse by the day and can't return to Home Depot anymore. Unacceptable that this pricey faucet fails so soon after install.

This beautiful faucet was just what my kitchen needed! It is well made, easy to install, and functions flawlessly. I especially appreciated the fact that there is a mark on the extendable hose indicating exactly where the weight should be attached to create the proper tension to keep the spray head in place when seated.

Cute but poor design - always issues w/ sprayer

We have had this faucet for two years now. No issues the first year, but had pressure issues with the sprayer shortly after the year mark. Reached out to Kraus, they tried to sell us a new sprayer but relented and just replaced it for free. Now, another year later, the sprayer is leaking internally and dripping. Love the use of metal on all the other products but the cheaper plastic sprayer continues to be the issue with this product. I would look for a different brand if I were you.

I almost gave this a 4 but after much consideration I went to a three. It is super great quality and cleans easy but the spout is too short and doesn’t allow easy rinsing of large items you don’t want over spray or filling a pot. With the short spout the back splash of the counter gets wet when being used by certain people in the household. The spray trigger has just gotten a bit sticky and it is about 18 months since installed.

Missing parts.

Our faucet is as described. It was missing pieces. We contacted customer service. Ship time was lengthy. They sent replacement pieces and still forgot the most crucial piece. Which is the mounting element and nut. It’s not fun having a family and doing dishes with a halfway installed faucet. Save yourself the headache and choose a brand that ideally will send all the parts the first time, perhaps even the second time, but the third time… well

Love the faucet -strange whistling noise

We are loving this faucet so far, but the only strange thing is that it "whistles" when turned all the way on. Plumber said that we had possibly too much pressure for the faucet, but I am wondering if it has to do with this small regulator that others mention? It sounds like air is getting into the faucet somehow. Any thoughts from Kraus ???

Has broken twice now!!!

Sprayer assembly has broken twice in less than 2 years. Got a replacement the first time and customer service was outstanding. We received the replacement parts quickly. It just broke again today while i was doing dishes. One time is a fluke but twice is too much. I would not recommend this product to anyone now. I can’t wait on the replacement parts because I need the sink now. Just bought a new Kohler from Home Depot.

Leakey Sprayer Head

Faucet was installed ~5 months ago and the sprayer head has started to leak. I went to remove the head and learned that it's not threaded to the hose, it basically snaps into the hose fitting. I was willing to bite the bullet and just buy a replacement sprayer head, but I simply can't find one! I've looked extensively!

can't say enough. the build quality is phenomenal. great action and features. installs super easy. the spot-free stainless finish really does work! i see no reason to shell out for the more expensive name brands vs the Kraus! buy with complete confidence

Gold faded off faucet head, the black rubber nozzle piece came off and water flow is low.

Improper function

It looks great and worked to begin. Bought it about a year ago. Motion detector is hit or miss, and you can’t run the faucet manually bypassing it. Issues started about 6 months in. Now, wiring has to be disconnected and reconnected about 75% of the time to run, otherwise doesn’t work. Battery replacement doesn't help. Got it for about $330 then as an investment. It’s been incredibly frustrating to use now, and a return would not be accepted at this point.

Beautiful faucet!

This faucet is beautiful and dramatic! It had to be returned because my client didn't like the long bar attached to the spray hose as it protrudes straight forward only. They thought it would feel awkward.
