This chair creates a fully immersive relaxation experience that goes beyond just a massage, with the music, smell and the side panels. When I use the Yosei I'm immediately taken to another place. Best massage chair I've had the pleasure of owning.

Back pain relief

I've always had a lower back pain issue and after just a few sessions, I've noticed a significant improvement in my back pain. I know it's not a complete fix, but it certainly helps.

Very good massage, foot section is excellent. I am 6'-3 and the shoulder section is a little narrow, so if you are a big person try the chair before you buy to make sure you fit. The zero gravity helps to decompress my lower back. Use it before bed to relax / destress and it will help you sleep better

An all-encompassing chair: easy directions, the remote is somewhat hard for older eyes since it is not backlit. Intensity, air bags and rollers can be adjusted. For me, the foot rollers are way too intense for sensitive feet; the instructions stated there was foot pads-there were none-however, a folded dish towel works great.

Made for small people. Too complicated. No way to adjust for pressure exerted by rollers and airbags. Temperamental, sometimes unit just rebooted in middle of treatment. Software was written by Chinese.

[Rewarded Review] Pricey but gets the job done

I purchased this massage chair during the Black Friday sale at more than 50% off. I set it up with two friends and it wasn’t too difficult (I’d advise the setup option in most cases though). Note that this chair is made in China. The default settings of the chair are quite powerful and for some reason the heat option is not on by default. For the original price of the chair I would have expected a stand for the remote. Massage function works great and I would recommend it albeit when it’s on sale.

I bought this and the Insignia 3D for black Friday. This is at least 3x the massage the insignia gives.

Very nice chair with great options. The only downside is that you really need to be at least 5.8" to fit in the chair w/flat feet in the foot massager.

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.

Amazing massage chair

A fantastic experience and an amazing massage chair. I purchased the Kyota Yosei M868 after having a horrible experience with another chair from a large wholesaler. It was returned twice within a month after arriving damaged. The chair is amazing and makes me feel great.

Fantastic value!

Excellent product and overall experience! After researching massage chairs online, I decided to purchase a pre-owned Yosei chair because of the great reviews (and also because they were greatly discounted). I am extremely pleased with the quality of the chair. It looks brand new! The installation went very smoothly, I would definitely recommend saving some $$$ and getting a certified pre-owned chair. Great deal!

So many features that it is absolutely worth its price

From a skeptical wife to an inquisitive grandson that loves to navigate around with handheld device I've learned a lot about the massage chair. It has so many features that make it a "go to" when I get home. Everybody I put in it comes away with positive comments. A good buy and so vastly superior to any of the "airport massage chairs".
